O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
19I shop at O'Reilly's Auto Parts a lot so I have a discount through them pretty decent prices for having a cash account there
They never know how to answer the phones, I went in there an called an they were jus talking to eachother an ignoring the phone
These guys are incredible! I have a big truck, and they’ve nearly always had the parts I need in stock. When they didn’t have stock, they had it in my hands in 24 hours. I’ve gotten everything from tail light lenses to transmission coolant lines and power steering hoses. Reasonable prices. Thanks guys!
Staff was quick to answer the phone and my questions. They are a great place to get part's when others don't have your part in stock.
Great service by Daylin buying new rain windshield wiper blades; they install them for you. 5-6 people working there made the line go fast (at 4: 30pm)
$75 for two new blades but I’d rather have it done, and I’m tired of buying on Amazon.
They have decent priced parts. Unfortunately they sometimes don’t answer their phone at all, so you have to drive in. I’ve since remedied that by going to AutoZone a block away.
Throwback customer service with just the right amount of smug condescension to make sure that I question my education. Now that's experience I can count on!
The have some of the nicest knowledgeable staff in town.the parts are low to mid prices. They do have a few jerks that work there you will know when you get them.just ask for someone else to help you. Some of the "older" gentlemen have went above and beyond to help me. I know cars, but they live cars n trucks!
Staff is awesome. God forbid you actually need some thing. While in store stock may save you a little time, the in store stock is very limited. Most vehicles on this island are metric, yet tool stock is sae. And just about any part is available at less than 1/3 rd online from anyone else. For example I bought an 8" coolant line for 15 dollars, and it was the worst quality hose section i have ever seen. The hose was the right shape but the ends looked like they where hand cut with no symmetry. Im sure most people already know. Order online. O'Reilly's is unreliable.
Look when it comes to customer service Oreillys is second to none. Bring your old car batteries in and get $10 store credit. Good for the environment, good for your wallet!
Great place for parts. I'm still surprised they had the cobalt ss parts I needed in stock on the island. The staff is helpful, and you get what you pay for (quality wise). I've only gotten the wrong parts once, and they promptly reimbursed me and ordered the right one in a soon as we figured out the right part number.
They had the parts I needed for my Nissan pickup, too. The guy that helped me noted the engine off the top of his head and got everything fast.
Of course, they had the parts I needed for my neon and my girlfriends' kia soul. So far I've had decent luck with o'reillys.
We ordered a generator online to pick up in store. It was a super easy transaction. It was ready quickly the morning after the order. The employee who helped me was great! He was friendly and professional and brought everything out and loaded it up into my vehicle.
Easy excess and most employees very knowledgable, keep up with the good work your a life saver when everyone is closeed.
Today went to O'Reilly's and this is second time they sold me the wrong product. Two times in a row. I don't know why I had the old part with me. The person behind counter took it to match said this is it and still wrong part. I heard AutoZone is coming to town. I hope there is no strike three.
Got my battery replaced & installed under their battery warranty with a fresh battery made 2 months ago by Randy after he tested my almost 3 year old battery, No hassles or long wait lines! A1 Service, Photo showing old battery.
So far so good! All parts and tools I ever needed was supplied by them! Highly recommended if you're a DIY mechanic like myself.
Went to get a battery for pop's car. They even installed it in the parking lot with NO CHARGE
15/10 will shop there again.
Great help from the techs. Answered all my fearful questions. First time repairing my car. Offered and purchased a few tools. Job was easy to do by his encouragement.
Really cheap stuff especially when they have their sales each month. 4/30/21 Just bought 3 bottles of 24 oz 303 interior and exterior protectant for $11.99 each. That's really cheap. Online they're more expensive just for the 16oz bottle. I'll be using it for the exterior and interior of my car. The trims, plastic, rubber, wiper blades, dashboard, door panel, etc. Gotta protect your car from UV rays or all that money you spent for it will be a waste. Just bought my car on 4/21/21 so I need to take care of it.
