The BEST Auto parts store in Kahului. Always super clean and fully stocked, with top notch Customer service. Free services for testing battery/charging systems and retrieving Diagnostic fault codes (check engine light on) and installation of batteries and wipers. If you're in South Maui check out Kihei O'Reilly Auto Parts same Professional level of service. Make sure to get enrolled in rewards program and you receive gift cards from your purchases.

My car broke down a couple of blocks from O’Reilly, and an employee named James went out of his way to help me fix the car. I’ve never treated so much Aloha from this shop. The store is a bit humid inside. Hopefully, the owner can install A/C for the employees and customers to shop conveniently.

My friend said this place would help me cuz he goes there a lot? Wrong the guy that helped already was complaining cuz it was hot to go outside to check my car? So my sisters tail light was out we weren't sure how to replace the bulb n if he can check it his answer was No n for me to take it somewhere else. Unreal sad cuz we didn't expect that to happen so we decided will check some where else. First experience n my last.

In all the years I’ve been going to O’Reilly. This was the worst customer service I had ever experienced just for a battery. Victoria did not know where my battery was located, then said she doesn’t know how to install, then said we are too busy, you can wait until the next shift comes in to install the battery. I asked another employee Richard for help but was very rude. After over an hour, Sialatauau installed my battery but was very rude and threw the old battery on the floor nearly landed near my foot. Then walked over to chat with his friends and didn’t bother to tell me he was done. There were 3 male employees chatting at the counter and 2 female employees at the counter. There were no smiles or thank you or sorry to keep you waiting for over an hour in the hot sun.

I took a photo of the front of the store parking lot with empty stalls. Now does it look like they are too busy to install a battery?

Very unfriendly cashier. Just looking for a led cargo area bulb for my 2017 Soul.
Seemed like she didn't care or wanted to help.

The people behind the counter aren't very knowledgeable. Went there to pick up a new fuse and bulb for one side we of my headlight which was out and when I ask the boy behind the counter he said that he'd have to see the bulb even though I told him the year, make and model of my car. Walked out and went to Napa instead where the associate came out to look at car and had me turn it on my light and knew exactly what I needed. If you need parts for your car, I suggest you go to Napa instead.

I found the website to be a little tricky. The staff at the dillingham location are outstanding the place is immaculate and always well stocked. You can go online and find out if they have items in stock and then go let one of the guys help you out The location is super if you are running other errands.

Quick and helpful service. I got my codes scanned and battery tested there for free. My only issue is that what's online isn't in sync with the store so it could be very frustrating if you depend on something being in stock.
