O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
20Helpful & nice staff. We broke a tail light, and being on vacation, we didn't have proper tools. The shop generously let us borrow tools to enable us to fix the light. Fixed it with the hour and went on our way. Thank you!
No one answers the phone the only reason i gave them 1 star is because you couldn't leave any lower
Easy, pleasant experience to call and order parts and I have gotten the right ones every time.
Just finished a Safety Inspection and needed some parts and information. Luckily, the crew at this O'Reilly came through. Dennis provided some valuable insights and Lawrence made sure my battery was running strong. Although I wasn't making an expensive purchase, I was given exceptional customer service! Mahalo
Very helpful knowledgeable staff and were honest about it when the inquiries were out of her depth. Refreshing.
Lawrence was very kind to my daughter. He shared his own favorite products with her and helped her apply to tires. We appreciate the Aloha.
Kona store never answers the phone. Been in the store before, phones ringing off the hook and no one answers the phone. They just ignore it
Not only O'Reilly Auto parts a Plus in my book how many auto parts stores menu the tool you need and allow you to do minor work in their parking lot you know not pull out of transmission or that type of thing but we got to replace a part they'll lend you the tool and also give you a helping hand if need be just advice that type of thing if you're a novice mechanic in training or just acquiring the general skills to maintenance your own vehicle great prices good parts good people not to mention corner Coast shopping Center I believe that's what it's called where they're located one of the oldest shopping centers in our small town called the finest mom and Pops stores which is now I believe statewide still has the best pokey fresh fish local produce poultry meats Grand fed beef bakery just about everything you name it sometimes when you haven't been there for a while not by choice just do the circumstance you remember why you love those mom and pop stores everything from the bread to the love that goes into their cooking and they're pokey and everything in that store you can feel just can't replace that feeling of knowing that you can always trust a store to walk into to be the same consistent good quality merchandise you're looking for in good quality people behind the register and in every part of the business I've been going there since I was 14 years old and every time I step foot in that store I try to hide the chicken skin I get just so I know act silly but sometimes everybody likes to feel like a kid again right for me that's the feeling I get when I walk in the kta it brings me back in time when you looking up at Mom and Dad when you asking them if you can get that piece of candy or that chocolate milk at a certain something you want from the store and they go out I guess so yeah okay not just because it's the story you're at because they got that same good feeling too to me that's true aloha stepping back in time walking into a business that still exists today to me that's life that's living all the way still the best kta
We came over from Hilo side for a week of beach getaway in Kona Our car battery decided to die on the second day of vacation! AAA gave us a jump start and we made it to O’Reilly parking lot on Palani Rd. We bought a new battery but the staff couldn’t install it because it required a professional installation. We decided to do it ourself right there in the parking lot! The hardest part was to remove the dead battery (with some air filter parts in the way!), we had to run in and out of O’Reilly many times to borrow all sorts of tools. Finally (and happily!) we successfully installed the new battery! A great Mahalo and many thanks to all the front counter staff who worked on the morning of Friday 3/4/22 for being very Aloha and so helpful, lending us all the tools we needed to change the battery in our old car!
O'Reilly was great they had what I needed, Costco didn't, Autozone didn't but O'REILLY did. I'll go there first next time.
Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Thanks so much for your help tonight at 8pm on January 2nd.
As of lately store has been filthy, understaffed and they NEVER answer the phone! Had good people who looked happy to help before. Seems staff is unmotivated; they don’t seem to show any urgency when it comes to helping customers. Less than average.
I had to replace my wheel studs because another auto shop gave me the wrong size lug nuts and they shredded the threading. The staff placed some of the wheel studs on hold for me to pick up later they double checked to make sure that they were the right size for my car and they also check to find the right size lug nuts and help me find that.
Great service. The workers are very knowledgeable in all aspect of auto mechanics and always willing to help.
Great experience at this O’Reilly. Doug was extremely helpful! Would recommend this place to anything needing auto parts
You're better off with AutoZone. There's some great employees here, but it only takes one to make the place difficult to work with. If you feel inconvenienced by helping customers, you're in the wrong business.
Overstaffed. Why do they need two or three people. Everybody can just wait. It is air conditioned. What is everybody's hurry? Where are they going to go?
Not just parts for almost every car but also very friendly employees.
Thank You Big Time!
They had what i needed. Received good service, they gave me a hand with my purchase to my truck.
Always friendly and usually knowledgeable staff. Its dyi so I feel you should know what you're doing in the first place.:) order parts come in promptly and they're good about calling you when they come in. Prices are fair too.
