Dr. Richardson is very knowledgeable and professional. He is easy to understand and tells you straight what is happening and what to expect. He tells you if you have options to correct your problem to prevent surgery. But if surgery is needed, I am comfortable and confident that he is the best to perform it. Dr. Richardson and his staff is very friendly and on time with all appointments. They really care for you and will do everything they can to help you recover or correct your health issue. Dr. Richardson's office is spacious and very clean. Beautiful people that treat you like family.

Dr Richardson sincerely cares about his patients. He replaced one of my knees 5 years ago and it was/is hugely successful, so when it came time to replace a hip, he was without a doubt the doctor I would turn to.

Everyone at the Waipio Office is so friendly and very professional. Dr. Richardson is extremely easy to talk to and answers all of my questions.

Dr. RIchardson and his Staff are the best ever, they're polite, they treat their patients with empathy and I would recommend people to go and see Dr. RIchardson if you have a knee problem, to me he's the best!

Starting with checking in, and surgery room everyone is so nice to me it make me very comfortable. Even though I was very scared and anxious but after I got to meet with the doctor and I feel like I was in a good hand so that make me come myself down. Office staff very professional & greeted everyone who walked in. My doctor was very good at explaining my condition to me. He gave me options for a couple different treatments. Dr. Charles Kikuchi did a great job explaining my ailment & gave me Twi different treatment options.

Excellent interaction with support staff and Dr. K. Dr. K asked engaging questions to evaluate the changes in my ankle.

Stellar! 5 stars! I made a big mistake and went into town for my appt that was in waipio. The staff were extremely accommodating and waited for me to show up in waipio. Dr was so nice and calming explaining my surgery! Mahalo and I am very pleased I have a new ortho!

It’s been good to have check up in your office, you are true and faithful, caring to the patients and feel comfortable.

Excellent medical care provided. Leg and foot cast removed, x-rays taken of foot where 3 pins were surgically implanted. Physician gave positive feedback on status and boot was fitted.

Dr. Richardson was quite knowledgeable to answer all my questions regarding total knee replacement vs the combination steroid /gel shots.

Everyone was amazing, efficient, and personable. Dr Kikuchi was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The only negative was parking at their Waipio office. Get there early to wait for a stall.
