21 Like many of you, we saw this place on Triple D. While visiting Maui, I excitedly put in for the Spinach Delight and my wife chose the Triple Cheese. We ordered online and picked it up for takeout.
Everything was ready when we arrived, and we took it back to our condo. To my surprise, the Spinach Delight had onions on it (not a fan) which was not a listed ingredient on any online menu. I have no clue why they put them on but it absolutely ruined the pizza for me.
As for the Triple Cheese, it was just “ok”. Unfortunately, Outrigger Pizza simply did not live up to the hype for us.
Buyer beware: their online menu does not match how they actually make their pizza, so I’d advise if you have your heart set on trying it out- order in person and make sure you get what you want before you pay.
