Truly a paradise salon! Liz and the team are always so bubbly and positive. Making everyone feel welcomed and well taken care of. I’ve had multiple facials done by Liz and Lauren, making my experience relaxing, consistently asking if I’m doing okay, needing anything and were extremely professional and informative during the whole process! My skin has been my biggest insecurity and after 2 facials and some skin care tips and recommendations, my skin has never looked and felt better in my life! I’m actually going out without makeup and my confidence is profoundly improving!
Alyssa turned my hair from yellow and dry, to sleek and silver! I hardly had to tell her what I wanted, just showed her a couple pictures and let her do her magic! She trimmed my hair and bangs and I felt like a new woman! Will only be trusting these ladies with any of my beauty concerns and needs.

I'm a hairdresser on the mainland and didn't get around to cutting my husbands hair before our visit. I did some research, found Alyssa and booked the appoint online. He's the type of guy that doesn't care what it looks like (though i do, lol) and will say, "just make it shorter". His hair is really hard to blend but she did an amazing job! Dont tell my husband but she did a much better job than I do! I can honestly say he wont be getting a haircut before we visit again, lol. Thank you, Alyssa!

Wow I was shocked at the rudeness of the woman that answered the phone when I called this morning. I’m here on vacation and some of my lashes fell out. I was hoping to have a mini refill done while in town and the woman laughed and said that wasn’t worth it. In a town that relies on tourism, not the way to treat customers. So many other professional salons in town to choose from. Bad customer service ruins an experience.

I had my eyebrows waxed and Liz was very friendly and did a great job. I hadn't waxed in a long time and my brows were long and needed shaping. She trimmed and shaped them perfectly and I only had a few blemishes after (normal for me after waiting so long to wax them). She also gave me some calming cream and sunscreen on the waxed area.

An oasis in Kapa’a! Liz (the owner) was incredible with making my appt as they were just reopening after COVID. I got color (gray roots) and partial highlights. Incredible upscale salon experience! The shop is immaculate and very inviting. My stylist Alyssa knew exactly what I wanted even though it was my first visit. I am going back in a few weeks for a Brazilian Blowout. Wonderful salon/spa!

Here from Florida a guy needing a hair cut. Called Paradise at 9: 02 AM.
Told her (the person on phone that I needed a cut real bad traveling etc. She said if Could get there in the next 15 minutes she could do my hair. Well I made it is less than 15 even though there was a big parade going on. The young lady that did my hair was excellent and very helpful about things to do here in Kauai. She even gave me good information on some of the local restaurants in the area as well as the various costs.

Great place to get pampered! Wonderful customer service. Next time I am in town, I'll be swinging by.

Do not go here for a wax! Worst experience ever!
I went in, my first time, for a Brazilian wax and had the owner herself do it. I've been getting waxed for a couple of years now so I'm not a stranger to the pain. But this was terrible hurting. An hour after, it started swelling up and it turned out, she torn my skin off.
I thought I would give it another go and went back a couple of days ago. I had the owner again, and had her use a different kind of wax and numbing spray. The pain wasn't as bad but once again a little after the wax it just kept on swelling. I know that it is normal to swel a little but it swole up so much, I had to stop working early because I couldn't walk properly and had to put ice on it for the swelling to go down. I wasted $70 for being in pain for 2 days, can't even pee properly and she didn't even get all the hairs. I am very disappointed to say I will not make it back her!
