Pata Sudaka Surf Trips, Haleiwa HI

Great way to get to know the beautiful island of Oahu and enjoy all the things that make Hawaii the mecca of surfing! Mother Ocean is at the core of all the activities. The team of Pata Sudaka made me feel very welcome and played a big part at making our group to become ohana. And last but not least, I've met great people from all over world, and like the Backstreet Boys, we did it our way.

Great surf camp. Able to surf everyday and Daniel gives us such amazing food and takes a lot videos for us, including drone shot and GoPro shot.

Awesome time with amazing people, surfing, hiking and doing yoga. Daniel gave me some great surf coaching and the video analysis really helps. I now know what to work on to become a better surfer.

Booking the surf camp was one of my best decisions in my life. The camp could be a little cleaner, but everyone probably perceives that differently. The tour guide gave everything to entertain us as best as possible and varied. In the short time of ten days it has developed into a small family and we experienced many great moments together. My surfing progress was supported by the instructors and I am happy about my level at the end of the camp. Memories for life will remain. I am definitely interested in attending the camp again as an advanced surfer.

THE TIME OF OUR LIVES!
The surfcamp has it all! We were welcomed with open arms by Daniel, Veronika, Isaac and the team who offered a one of a kind experience.

What I liked the most:
- surfing and surf analyzing: the surf teachers give personal feedback and Daniel and his team record everyone during surfing and analzye it later in the camp
- hiking: sunser and waterfall hikes
- camp: the camp is huge! You can skate, SUP, workout or chill
- the people: what a vibe! Everyone was open and eager to meet new people. I've made friends for life in this camp. I remember everyone screaming when one caught a wave! What a team!
- sitback and relax: the camp owners literally take care of everything

I will definitely be back one day. I loved every minute in Hawaii and in the camp. Once a Pata, always a Pata

Pata Sudaka camp was the best experience of my life! I will not get used to the idea of not being there anymore. Thank you so much for everything! I am already missing everyone and the camp SO MUCH, my heart can barely take it. Congratulations on being so perfect!

For the second time I had a great time in camp! Starting with the perfect location of the camp at the Northshore directly a beach with a surfbreak directly in front of the house. We went surfing, skating, hiking, touring around the islands, snorkeling with dolphins and had a party with bonfire at the beach. They are really anxious to make us good or simply better surfers. This includes a little theory about the waves, the tides and so on. In the 10 days the group from all over the world grows together to a big family. I enjoyed the time very much and would come back anytime! Vero and daniel you are great! Many thanks again

Had such a great time at the camp! Would love to come back some times! You get a awesome location at the beach, will meet nice people, see alot of "good stuff" around the island of Oahu, go surfing, hiking and do Yoga. It's a great combination️

No matter where you are coming from, what is brining you to book this trip, you will leave relaxed and refreshed to be your best self with memories that will last a lifetime. The hardest thing about this trip is it ending and you leaving.

- THE PEOPLE -
The two people behind this incredible experience are Veronika and Daniel. The synergy between these two is delightful and their energy and calmness is contagious. If you are seeking a genuine and authentic experience it starts with these two. Veronika and Daniel are a classic Hawaiian surfer duo that open their Ohana (family) to you. They take care of you in almost every way with meticulous attention to detail to meet your needs, the needs of the group, and even have a great focus on sustainability.

As an example, I had back surgery a couple years ago… I get a flare ups occasionally that sidelines me. Daniel and Veronika went out of their way to accommodate for a random flare up and pretty much took care of me and got me back on my feet very quickly so I could continue to enjoy the trip with them and the group. This is called going the extra mile. I have come to the conclusion that their dedication is only exceeded by their passion.

- THE EXPERIENCE -
If you enjoy meeting new people and trying new things this is the trip for you. You are going to get an authentic Hawaiian experience and see things that you would never see if you played tourist on your own. You will get some history of the island and it’s early inhabitants (with some of Daniel’s great humor), enjoy great food, hikes, scenery, and of course SURFING! This camp will leave you craving more waves, and will give you the confidence to pursue waves on your own. You will get individual coaching and feedback throughout the trip on how to improve (and maximize potential and fun!). I cannot say enough about this trip, but I also don’t want to ruin the surprises and adventures that await you!

- WOULD I DO IT AGAIN? -
Without a doubt I would book this trip again. The great people I met from around the world, the genuine souls who run it, and all of the activities make this a once in a lifetime trip. You will leave with so much more than just going on a vacation.

When you learn a sport like surfing as an adult it is so much harder, as it is not instinctual behavior. I recommend anyone interested in surfing or improving to take lessons from instructors Daniel and Veronica! Not only are they both excellent surfers in their own right but they're great teachers who are extremely patient, respectful, and super motivating.

What really sets @PataSudaka_SurfCamp apart from others is the way they give all of their students the individual attention they need based on their skill level. They do a great job with teaching absolute beginners, as well as intermediate, and advanced surfers.

@PataSudaka_SurfCamp also provides travelers with great food, an amazing Oahu island experience, and a chance to build new life long friends.

Pata Sudaka. What can I say!? It was a perfect 10 days with the people of the world! We surfed, we hiked, we laughed and just had a lot of fun. Daniel and Veronika did everything they could for us to have a truly memorable surf camp and I will definitely remember those 10 days for the rest of my life! Thank you guys!

It has always been my dream to visit Hawaii! The idea turned into reality fairly quickly once I found Pata Sudaka! I was blown away by the amazing itinerary. Daniel and Veronika prepared a fantastic camp catering for all surf abilities, tours around the beautiful island of Oahu including all the famous surf breaks, hikes with breathtaking views, sunset yoga, surf fitness and plenty of healthy food options! A big thanks to the whole team and Reef, the gorgeous chocolate Labrador pup, for making our stay so amazing and I look forward to hopefully returning to Hawaii soon!
