Petco, Honolulu HI

Nothing is ever stocked anymore. I go for shampoo, the brand I use it’s all sold out or there’s just the petco brand which I don’t really care for. Went for toothpaste, barely any selection and empty racks. Looked for a squeaky ball, the section was also scarce. What’s going on?

Additionally, while at checkout there was a puddle of pee in the middle of the walkway that wasn’t being taken care of despite the cashier and one other worker being there. I get it, accidents happen, maybe the owner didn’t see, but why not have any urgency to clean up messes like this? I pointed it out to the cashier as well but got no response, maybe they thought I was joking?

So fortunate to have Petco in our neighborhood! Now with the Vet Clinic in the store, and the grooming services along with the monthly discounts through memberships, we won't be going anywhere else. Thanks Petco!

Hawaii Kai Petco I love them. They actually have a vet now so I can pick up my prescription dog food royal Canine.easy to order on my phone via the app. Easy to pick up. Excellent customer service no waiting time Mahalo

Clean customer restroom and very friendly staff. Lady in the back cleaning mouse tanks and guy at cash register were both very friendly and helpful.

All good but only one person at the cash registers and a pretty long line.looked like there were other employees in the store one of them should have been helping up front

I can't say I ever had an undesirable experience at Petco. The staff is friendly and they have variety of knowledge. I always feel more confident in my pet's care after leaving. Also I like that parking is easy, even when I ride my bike!

Super long. If you don't have a dog or a cat you'll have to go to the back of the store. Didn't see any reptiles besides tortoises.
