I recently had the pleasure of being a client at Pilina Vet and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. My wife & I take our two french bulldogs for wellness care, but in the past couple weeks we got them both spayed & neutered! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure to keep me informed every step of the way.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and they made sure to take every precaution to ensure my dog's safety and comfort. They even went above and beyond by providing me with detailed aftercare instructions and following up with me after the surgery to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary services. Over the past month, I've had two exam visits with my dogs (one for urgent care), and multiple "nurse visits" with a dog I have in for training. I am so impressed with the vet staff, their accommodation of patient needs, and Dr. Sara for her flexibility and thoughtfulness in answering every * single * question * I have - and I ask a lot of questions. It feels like the whole team is there to support me and my dog (s), and that's a rare thing, in my experience. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Sara and her team.

I've only had one visit with my personal dogs, and based on that experience, I would recommend Pilina to others. What I appreciate most about Pilina is that I have been able to bring in a dog that struggles at the vet, for "nurse visits. " The fee is reasonable, and the staff has been so patient with the dog and with me. This alone is worth being a client of this clinic.

Dr. Sara, Tesia, and Dana were all amazing when it came to getting our cat and our service dog their health certificates for a flight from Hawaii to California. Our dog Koda absolutely loves to be in their clinic and always makes himself right at home. Our cat is a little bit more skittish but has never been overly anxious with Dr. Sara due to Dr making sure she’s comfortable and feels safe the whole time. A great clinic overall and l can’t be more happy with my babies treatment!

My wife and I recently took out cat R. C.here for a dental cleaning and some tooth extractions. The staff there took great care of our cat and were very informative. We appreciate having a vet so close to home here in Enchanted Lake.

My little dog was having seizures repeatedly. Most likely from eating something poisonous. I was referred to them by someone I was doing work for. This was Friday at 115pm. Pilina closes at 2 on Friday. Since it was an emergency, they waited for me and immediately saw my dog and warmly but urgently greeted me at the door. They calmed me and calmed my dog. I told at the beginning that I don't have a lot of money. They walked me through each step and told me how much it was going to cost. They took every step with kindness and caution. Let me know what my options were and only continued when I fully understood and agreed. In the end, my dog was feeling a bit better. The next day, she was back to her normal self. They called early in the morning to check on us. I will be going there again! Absolutely the best.

They also asked through out the process if I wanted something for myself. I declined, but they could tell I really could use some water. They brought my one anyway.

Recently, I took my furbabies in for their annual check up and we were greeted by such a wonderful and happy staff. Setting up their initial check up was a breeze, their location was conveniently located across from Enchanted Lakes Shopping Center with ample parking. The overall waiting area was clean and inviting. Dr. Federschmidt and her team were very patient, knowledgeable, and listened to all my concerns. I was so please that they were very kind and gentle with my furbabies. It was an overall very smooth process from beginning end. Their appointment reminders and overall communication was very helpful. Dr. Federschmidt and her team at Pilina Vet surely are passionate about providing the best care catered to my furbabies. I highly recommend giving them a visit.
