Pinkys Beauty Box - Eyelash Extensions, Microblading , Facials, Waipahu HI

LOVE my lashes from Pinky’s! I’d never been here and was looking to get my eyelashes done on the island. I’ve been to plenty of places on the mainland and this one tops a lot of them. Sophia was an awesome eyelash tech—super patient with me answering questions, helping me figure out what I want in terms of style, and detail oriented. She didn’t miss any spots and did a great set that was very full. And reasonable prices. I really enjoyed coming here and will be back! Thanks Sophia and team!

I always have a great experience with whoever is doing my lashes. Everything is clean and the music is always catchy but never too loud to interrupt your beauty nap. The girls are all very friendly and professional. Absolutely recommend to anyone in the market for lash services.

Creeland is hands down the best. He does lashes, facials, microblading and provides a variety of other beauty related services. Don't think I would go to anyone else besides Creeland. His wife is super helpful too with scheduling and answering any questions about the services he provides.

I’ve gotten my lashes done by Sophia twice and I can’t ask for better service! She truly takes her time and ensures that your lashes are perfect. 10/10 would recommend this salon.

The rep did a great job with the actual lashes but the customer service was severely lacking. "if you want a blanket, just grab it" and at the end, I suppose she needed to move on. She handed me the mirror to check out my lashes, while walking away and says, "just leave it on the table". There was no, "my name is xyz, how are you, how do you like the lashes, have a great day", nothing. We are dropping $75+ for an hours work. More than what most people make on this island per hour, so the expectation is a certain level of customer service. This was my worse experience here since becoming a customer in March of this year (lash upkeep requires maintenance every 2-3weeks).

My first eye lash experience and my tech was very accommodating to my vision. I loved it. I'll be back soon.

Pinky's customer service and technicians are great. Friendly service and quality work.

June 15 2022: I get compliments still to the day about my bold eyebrows. I just wish I still lived in Hawaii so I can go back and get a touch up (although people don’t think I need it, hahaha).

Jasmine was my artist and she did a PHENOMENAL job! Probably the best last extensions I’ve ever gotten. Highly recommend this place!

Hello! I have had my lashes done here for over 2 years. Unfortunately, yesterday was my last visit because I have moved back to town and the location is a bit far.

I’m giving this establishment a 5 star rating and would highly recommend them if you are wanting your lashes looking amazing and well maintained.
-Everyone here are very friendly and will give you heads up for your appointment if you need to make any changes, my schedule always changed sometimes I would come in early or later but they are always accommodating and it has never been an issue.
-They are a little bit pricey for the services and quality this is a great value.
-They are well trained and professional
-Hassle free as far as 3-days warranty in case you’re not happy or having issues

I had only 1 experience when I didn’t care for the work done on my lashes as it looked weird and all over the place but when I call them about it they scheduled me right away and fixed it. Kim did an amazing job fixing my lashes and she also took picture to let the other artist know, it’s good to know that they take corrective actions and try to get staff in the same page as far as service and quality.

My artist is Robyn she always does an amazing job! Just let her know what you’re going for as far as style/length/thickness. If you ever have questions and concerns she’s very knowledgeable and will give you good input on how to take care of your lashes and will give you good input and suggestions on what styles would look best for your eyes.

My lashes: Mega Volume/14 inches/cat’s eye:
Mega volume is a bit pricey but I’ve noticed when it sheds, it still looks good like it is transition from Mega volume to natural/hybrid IMO (last picture is 4 weeks before my appointment yesterday), my lashes last up to 5 weeks and even when it sheds it still look nice but it also depends on how you take care of your lashes.

I’m on a look out for new place in town, but it’ll definitely have to be as good as Pinky’s Beauty Box and have a great artist like Robyn.

LOVE IT HERE! I went to three different girls and i loved how they were done every time.i will continue to go here while i’m in hawaii til 2024. Very clean, professional and all around good vibes in this shop! I recommend this this place every chance i get️️️️️

The entire team is PHENOMENAL! I saw Kim for eyelash extensions … amazing job! Great retention for my eyelashes and prices great for the quality I received. She came in on her day off to take care of me. I needed my lashes to be perfect for an event coming up! Customers always comes first with this family business and I definitely recommend going to Pinky’s Beauty Box!

I absolutely LOVE getting my lashes done here! I've tried other salons and this place is by far my favorite. Creeland and Kim, and their staff, are awesome!
