I recently visited Pizza Ala Slice located at the Hilo Mall and I must say that it was a terrible experience. The customer service was horrendous, to say the least. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and it felt like they didn't care at all about the customers.

To make matters worse, the food quality was also subpar. The pizza I ordered was not only cold but also had a strange taste. It was almost as if it had been sitting there for hours before being served. The toppings were sparse and tasteless, and the crust was dry and hard to chew.

Overall, my experience at Pizza Ala Slice was truly miserable. The poor customer service combined with the terrible food quality left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning. Save your money and go across the street to S&P Pizza in the KTA plaza for a much better and cheaper dining experience.
