8This is not an even Pizza Hut but it has stepped up a whole lot of levels from a while ago. I love the fact that everything is done just how you ask and the people are friendly.
Tro the crew especially to the driver sis thankyou for being so patient and yet so Humble! To the whole crew Yll Hands down made me and my Family Go Back 2 sleep Fiod waa so ono and on point ww qhwn catch thw syndrome 10/21/23 around 930pm i think.
Order was incorrect and did not give a refund. Per customer service- once area manager calls then we could return the pizza and refund MIGHT be issued. Still waiting for area managers call.

Placing the order online was a breeze. Pick up time was a little off (waited an extra 10-15mins) before the order was actually ready, no biggie. Food was nice and HOT! I did want to share that theres another pizza hut closer to my home but sadly I prefer to drive and pick up my pizza from this location because the food from this location is ALWAYS better!
If you are not familiar with the pizza hut in the Kam Shopping Center, the entrance to the store is on the side of the building. Would be easier if the store would put a sign to tell their customers the entrance is on the side of the building with an arrow pointing in the direction which way to go. I asked for my pizza to be "well done' and it was more like "almost burnt". Staff was friendly and courteous and pizza was hot and ready for me to pick up at the time specified. However, I wouldn't order my pizza to be "well done" again unless I want it to be burnt.
Placing a phone order is ridiculous. They give you the same info twice, tell you your call is being forwarded to the mainland call center then asks you again if you would like to place an order. Hello, I've been listening for 4 minutes about the specials.
At this point it's so irritating I hung up and called a different pizza company.
