Pizza Hut, Wahiawa HI

This branch has no issues giving customers burnt pizza. This pizza should not have passed quality control. & In case you aren't aware, they do not give refunds unless you bring the item back by the end of the business day. This is such a disgrace for this franshise and businesses. This should not be okay as it is very unethical and not consumer friendly.

This place smacks especially the personal pan pizza the pepperoni and Italian sausage always perfect portioned with the good sauce too

Literally worst place to order from. Ordered at 5: 34 pm and it’s currently 7: 20 pm am not even delivered yet. There excuse is the driver is waiting for more orders before delivering

Not impressed at all. Undercooked/pizza with all the toppings slid off and soggy boneless wings. $6 delivery order plus $7 tip combined with over an hour for delivery. Not planning on getting anything from this pizza hut again.

Canned mushrooms so disappointing.
Especially when you order extra mushrooms most horrific tasting bite ever. Complete waste of money nobody ate those pizzas. Because they both had extra mushrooms at least they did give the extra cheese on both of them that we paid for only to be thrown out. A warning would have been nice.

I ordered today at wahiawa location and instead of 8 pieces of boneless chicken honey bbq I received 7! Yeah might not be a big deal but I paid for all 8 and me and my other half split 4 and 4 now we short. Didn’t know we need to check our order before leaving.

Also our super supreme pizza we asked for garlic butter crust and did NOT receive yet. Just go to mililani it’s a longer trip but they won’t mess up your food!

Also don’t call the call center cause all they will tell you with a stink attitude is take it back so they can remake it! Like that’s MY gas and my mileage having to drive alll the way back I might as well miss out on my one chicken smh!

Pizza Hut is really good when your too tired to cook, want a quick meal or for gatherings, game days, parties or picnics and since the Wahiawa location is in a convenient area with decent parking it makes a good stop to pick up something to eat. Since i needed medication picked up at longs, the husband picked up dinner here. I just ordered online and when he finished picking up the meds, it was ready. Quick. Easy. Convenient but 4 stars because its not cheap. I never for some reason, have a coupon or online discount code when i need one. Oh well. The food was good. Im a creature of habit so I always order, Surprise, 16 pc. Honey BBQ boneless wings. ($14.99) Half the order hits the spot for me. I love the sweet, slightly tangy sauce. Plus, i can eat the other half the next day so it covers two meals. Also, mini Cinnabon’s. ($8.99+ $1.99 two extra icing) Pales to the actual brick n mortar location but if your all the way out in wahiawa, beggars can’t be choosers. Better than grocery store ones at least. The husband had the Detroit Supreme Pizza ($15.99) since its available for awhile, he liked that and the Italian Meat Pasta ($11.99) with breadsticks which he usually orders as well. Almost $60 for the entire meal. Pizza Hut has been around forever & everyone on island just about has eaten food from here one time or another so they will be around for a long time more I’m sure.

We ordered online, a small order today at 9: 00 pm at out Wahiawa Pizza Hut. The Big New Yorker Pizza, 8pcs. Boneless Honey BBQ wings & a $7 mini NCAA 2023 promo basketball for our Chi Fox Terrier. We were looking forward to eating but the order, I gotta be honest, was a HUGE let down. The only happy one was our dog with his mini basketball playing and bouncing all over creation. Other than that the pizza wasn’t hot but warm and don’t even get me started on my Boneless Honey BBQ wings. The picture i took didn’t come out and that annoyed me more, but I’m a very honest person, so believe me when i tell you it was like night and day compared to my last order. There was a LIGHT DRIZZLING of sauce that didn’t even come close to covering my chicken. I saw 90% Yes, 90% of the chicken! It was practically NAKED. Butt naked. I was literally scrapping every bit of the foil paper insert to get a decent amount on there! It was a Pitiful sight. Pathetic really. C’mon guys! Seriously, if this was your order, you’d send it back.
I was MAD but I’m a forgiving person, so please work on improving and give customers what they pay their hard earned money for. Although the order was a carry out, I always include a tip because I appreciate you, so please, do your Best! Current rating: Two Stars ️️ but i really hope to have them redeem themselves the next time!

Let me start off by saying I love Pizza Hut, like I LOVE Pizza Hut. But I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location ever again, I’d rather drive 20 minutes one way than order here. Our food was first 20 minutes late, I called the operator twice because apparently you can’t call the store. They assured me the driver would be here in 5 minutes, it wasn’t. They said the manager would call me, they still haven’t. Our food was cold, pizza was wrong, and nothing had been fine to try and make it better. I understand stuff happens, but at least try and make it better.

Food arrived quicker than expected, hot and delicious. Driver communicated, courteous, and smiled.

Ordered 2 medium's, pepperoni and bacon, sausage and ham. We picked them up and they were hot. But once we started eating them it was like eating day old pizza. It was dry and honestly was trash. So we threw it away.

So, you know. You been there. Wednesday night, lazy and not feeling cooking. So 3pm you order a pizza and expect it by 4/43pm. Well.it's 6pm and they keep saying it's on the way. Manager refuses to remove the charge. It's OK, that's what bank fraud protection is for. All I'm saying is, just go with anyone else. Makes wahiawa little Ceasars lo OK amazing! Ps pizza is ice cold and looks like the driver sat on it

Although my pizza did arrive in the time frame that was given to me, it was absolutely the poorest quality, I would go as far to say this is the lowest puality "pizza" I've had in the last 10 years of my life. Avoid this establishment at all costs. I tried calling multiple times to make sure that my address was correct only for the store to automatically forward me to the "Mainland" line because nobody answers. I would even say that my pizza didn't even qualify as being warm when it arrived. NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!

Pizza Hut has really gone downhill in the last couple years. It's inedible these days.

Horrible service! Entered store, waited several minutes, kept hollering for some help as I pre-ordered. Saw several employees pass to and fro; one even looked at me, never acknowledged I was there! I was loud. I'm sure someone heard me but just didn't care. Your workers need training with customer service because it was certainly LACKING! I will happily take my business to another place!
