Poipu Connection Realty, Koloa HI

We stayed in Prince Kuhio 336 that Poipu Connection manages. We really liked the condo itself. It was very clean, well equipped and all the kitchen supplies and linens were of good quality. The bed was comfortable. We also appreciated that they left a box of cookies and a starter pack of coffee for us.

However, that is where the positive experience ends. We had to delay our trip due to a family health emergency and we understood and knew their policy was no refunds. We asked via email if we could have a credit for a future stay as we were going to have to miss the first part of our trip. They replied with an abrupt one sentence answer that there are no refunds or credit. We then decided to add an extra night at the end of our trip and noticed their calendar showed one open night between our stay and the next stay. We asked via email if we could switch one of our lost days for this day that obviously would not be booked and they again rudely responded that "once again, there are no credits or refunds", but we could have the night with a $50 discount. They didn't even try to work with us or offer any apology or sympathy for our situation. We decided to stay that last night in another condo (that we thoroughly enjoyed) rather than give this company any more money. We stay in different parts of Hawaii twice a year and we have never worked with such a discourteous and disrespectful management company. We will never use them again and would not recommend them.

"I am just as angry as I was excited for Kuhio411. Two weeks ago, we reserved a room through email and even paid a deposit. However, without warning, our reservation was canceled two days ago and we did not receive a response to our email. When we contacted the management through Airbnb, they said that they canceled our reservation because they forgot to close the dates on Airbnb. If anyone is reading this review, please be careful as their team will cancel your reservation without any explanation. "

Stayed in one of the 2 bedroom condos for 6 nights! We wished we had booked to stay longer!
The island is beautiful and relaxing- still lots to see. Condo was extremely comfortable felt like home. Very spacious!
There were beach chairs and towels even snorkel equipment!
Lots of small details and even a little info binder.
The grounds of property are well kept and pool had ample chairs and hot tub.
10-15 min walk to Grand Hyatt hotel if you feel like going out drinks or meal and Diamond club resort just before Hyatt for other meal or drink options!
Can’t wait till my next visit!
