Vance holds up the business well, is mechanic save me a couple hundred. They allowed me to buy an aftermarket pump but the alignment of one of the aluminum lines add some tricky alignment problems I thank God that they solved them. That was 3 years ago and that Mazda is still running today without any air conditioning problems which has made the new owner very happy

Received multiple estimates to replace evaporator in dash and compressor and Polar A/C had the best price. Was able to take my car right away and finished the work in a few days. Reasonable prices and also safety checks available as well.

Terrible customer service. I came to this place on a Thursday my AC repaired. The guy that was diagnosing the problem looked at my car, gave me a quote and told me to come back on Saturday at 8: 30. When I arrived, a different guy comes out and says they don’t open until 9. As I was explaining to him that I was told to come at 8: 30, he walks off and says I’ll be back out at 9. Very rude. So…I went down the street and gave my money to another AC repair shop.

Went in this morning to get my car inspected since today is the last day before my sticker expire. I was in and out faster than the other places I've visited. The owner is professional and courteous so I will definitely come back again.

It's best to go early in the morning as soon as they open up for business it's less traffic and more available parking spaces since it's right next to Battery Bills.

They are friendly and professional. They know what they are doing. I would recommend anyone with AC problem in there car to go check them out.

I’m a bit paranoid with bringing my car to anyone, but after a friend recommended polar auto a/c, I had to give them a chance.
The 1 year labor warranty was good enough for me to bring my car to get repaired with them
