Came to Kat for a really stressed upper back. If was totally relieved after the session. It was a healing experience that allowed me to be without pain. Came back two days later for another treatment.

What a fabulous way to start my vacation! I had a very relaxing and amazing massage by Kat! She is very knowledgable and professional asking all the right questions to make sure my massage was perfect!

Very professional, timely, cleanly, effective, ; I have had significant relief of c-678 symptoms and expect to obviate surgery as a result.

I have now done 4 massage sessions with Kat and she is by far the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. In my opinion there are very few people out there that are masters of their craft and who care sincerely for their clients. Kat is true healer. I could not recommend her more highly!

Kat was outstanding! I would have given her 10 stars if I could have. The best massage I’ve ever had. Wish I lived here, then I would be there weekly. She has a great understanding of different muscles and how they interact. She pivoted upon arrival from a standard massage to my specific injury and was able to find additional spots that were also related to that same injury that I didn’t know about. All the while answering all of my questions on how it’s all connected. She would have received 5 stars just for that part. But then she also connected me with an outstanding chiropractor after my visit, gave me instructions on foam rolling exercises AND then followed with me twice to see how I was doing later that day as well as the next day. Wish I could better describe how great it was so others can discover her. Can’t say enough.

Kat gives a wonderful deep tissue massage. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and explains sore spots and tightness as she works. I really appreciated her recommendations for stretching exercises and other next steps. A great experience.

Kat has an incredible sense of what my tired, old body needs to feel revived and rejuvenated. Each time I visit Maui, a deep tissue massage with Kat is a priority so that I can allow myself to relax and experience all the ALOHA I can enjoy!

I have had a lot of back issues over the years from a couple bad car accidents and such (I’m in my 50s) and routinely get massages and see a chiropractor to help keep things on a good path. On a recent trip to Maui, I became very stiff and sore and a friend shared Kat’s info with me and I was able to take her last open spot during the week we were there.

I cannot fully express how amazing Kat’s massage was and how intuitive Kat is as a person and a masseuse. She is very connected to the client and the level of massage pressure they’re willing and able to accept. For me, her pressure was exactly what I needed and beyond amazing. She understands the way the muscles work and are tied together and her massage was a deep pressure (what I wanted), smooth (the right amount of oil) and super effective (stiffness and pain gone). I don’t know how many massages I have had but hands down, Kat’s massage was the best I’ve ever had. It was enjoyable and effective (which until this visit I’ve only really had one or the other). In my opinion and experience, she is “next level” and has tapped into something rare as a masseuse. If I lived on the island I would see her weekly. She has knowledge, expertise, professionalism and passion for what she does but she also keeps the client at the forefront and somehow has successfully married these important elements together without sacrificing the other.

She helped make the remainder of my trip SO much better. The pain and stiffness was gone and I was able to engage and enjoy my vacation. And I now, I have a new reason to look forward to coming to Maui!
