The owner, Jason, and his wife Lisa, who runs the gutter department were exceptional to work with. Communication & customer service were flawless from both of them. Our building is over 10,000 square feet and located right on the ocean. Jason walked me through the entire process step-by-step, and took tremendous care and consideration into maintaining our daily operations as a business. Jason’s knowledge and experience are top notch. I cannot express just how easy he made this process. Jason knows all the ins and outs as far as local Kauai county permitting and was able to spell out all the regulations very clearly. He was on site for the majority of the work operating machinery and supervising his team, who were also very professional and diligent. The work was completed in a timely manner and the end result is flawless. Our new cedar shake roof and copper gutters make the building look like new! I cannot recommend ProBuilt enough.
