PropertyTech Appliance Repair, Kailua-Kona HI

I'm not sure what happened, but there were 3 appointments set for 8.00 AM and all 3 were a no show. I'm sure there is a good explanation, however I'm not clear what it might be.

Can't recommend them enough! Travis picked up on Labor Day and had the dryer fixed in about 4 hours! Totally exceeded my expectations. Mahalo!

Travis and his wife run a great business. He knows his stuff and is very good about communicating. He is always more than fair on his charges. He is also unbelievably fast on call back. I cannot say enough. He is best repairman I can remember and I am a very senior citizen.very highly recommended!

Travis knew what was wrong with our stove after asking just a few questions. He showed up on time, fixed the issue, and was incredibly reasonable with the pricing. It is great to see a professional take such pride in their work!

Travis came to our home right away initially when we called about our dishwasher. He offered to repair it but told us the cost to repair it isn’t worth it, so he saved us money there! He even helped us find a decent used one! Wow!
After that we were sold, and when our next appliance broke - our propane stove, he helped walk us through what to look for to diagnose! It was only a $70 part, and I was convinced I’d have to replace the whole thing! Family owned operation - these guys CARE and want to help! I wish there was space for MORE than 5 stars!

If you need a responsive, honest and trustworthy appliance repair professional you need to call Travis! When I was first looking online to find someone of course I checked at reviews and after calling two other companies (who didn’t answer and never called back by the way) I found Property Tech. He answered the phone on the first try and professionally. Asked me some questions on what was going on and for the model number of the unit to make sure that there were still parts available because he valued my time and money. Once he told me his name was ALSO Travis and said there WERE parts available, I asked how soon can you get here! He was busy at the time and called me back about an hour later as promised and came out the SAME DAY! Very accommodating and when he showed up he was very personable and respectful. He is a true professional and I encourage you to call him and save yourself time and money.
