Purvé Donut Stop, Honolulu HI

I’m a bit of a donut fanatic. Cool twist on the artisanal donut trend. I had a heck of a time finding the place but I was persistent (you have to walk up this back alley ramp to a second story parking lot) Clearly they aren’t going after the walk in crowd. The donuts were quite tasty although not the absolute best I have ever had. A bit pricy I thought for what you get ($7 for two half size donuts). They are a bit cheaper if you buy lots. They were fresh though and I scarfed them down in no time. Probably a good thing I am only visiting.

We came here from Texas on vacation and visited this doughnut shop and I have to say was absolutely the best I've ever had and would recommend this place 100% the quality and flavor was perfect and the staff was so friendly it was overall a great experience

Pretty good donut place with some pretty weird flavors. Some of the flavors are a bit too overpowering like the dreamcicle and Hulk Smash. The cereal ones are nice to cut the roof of your mouth on. I like the more standard ones like the Sanchez. Donuts a bit pricy for the size even if ordering in bulk.

ALOHA ALL; Today I had the pleasure to being told about thus delightful little place that makes these massive tasting morsels or heaven. While it calls it self a donut shop, it's so much more. They make big bold tastes in small packages and to me they are deserts not donuts because of all the creative flavors. Please stop by and let me know how you feel about this unreal hole in da wall.

What's not to like about Purvé Donuts? Want Donuts made fresh to order? Got that! Every time you order a donut, you know you'll bite into a pillowy, soft donut with a crispy crunch on the outside. Want fun flavors on the menu? Yup! Whenever I want a Hulk Smash or Sunburnt Haole they're there! Want a hearty breakfast? Well, duh! Get yourself the Uptuck. You won't be sorry. Plus, each week there is a special offering they call the Weekly D. It could be sweet, it could be savory.who knows? That's part of the fun! You definitely need to make Purvé part of your weekly routine!

Purve donuts aren’t just pretty for your IG photos. They’re totally melt in your mouth, explosion of unicorn happiness! The variety of flavors is sure to please even the pickiest of palates and for surprises, make sure you get your weekly “D. ” I love that they do specials for holidays and special occasions like Valentine’s and Mother’s Day. My absolute favorite donuts on the island! Worth the drive for us. Also, make sure you immediately take a bite when you get back to your car. It’s the best!

This is an amazing donut shop, it's not your grandfather's old police officer donut shop. They have good music and a cool vibe going on inside. Check them out period but check them out for the amazing donut flavors with the coolest descriptions of each don't. Amazing round house uppercut throat punch descriptions.

Awesome shop, friendly workers, and very adorable donuts. They make the donuts right in front of you. They don't have any gluten free, vegan, or diabetic friendly options, but they know a good gluten free donut place nearby. Great merchandise. Free parking is on the second floor. The ramp is tricky to find unless you're used to shopping there. Look for the yellow arrow on the ground pointing up. Order using a marker and reusable laminated paper menus.

Love the fresh taste of a warm cake donut that just melts in your mouth! Enjoyed the unique & creative flavor combinations also - since it's been awhile; can't remember the actual names of flavors - but lemon & chocolate are my favorites!

In the past I have given this donut shop five stars. The reason for the two stars in sanitation on this particular visit. The AC was not working and the door was closed, along with being extremely busy. One employee had only one glove, very long nails and was touching her face and everything else. Employees were not wearing masks. Had I not promised my children we would have walked out. After paying I was waiting, watch and cringing everything that specific employee touched the donuts.
This is the first time anything like this has happened at this donut shop.
Hoping we don't get sick.

Wayyyy too sweet and donuts were cold. Similar to Peace, Love, and Little Donuts where they top the donuts after ordering. Disappointed to not see flavors unique to Hawaii like lilikoi or ube. Friendly staff, however.

My god are the donuts tasty here. The dough is so soft and lush. They are also creative with the flavours. Definitely the perfect place to stop for a break or to give you a energy boost after a long day sightseeing. Can recommend the peanut butter and jelly (it's ok cause it's your dog), the alohamac, na na nut buster, the jimbo but I doubt you can go wrong with any of the choices here.

The wife and I on vaca from Main land Ohio.and we were looking for a Good doughnut spot.youvhad me at Purve, great name, Doughnuts were AMAZING.fresh warm and so soft. We visit the Island again. This is def gonna be a regular stop.visit them try them you won't be dissapointed

Whoah! First bite I was blown away by the freshness and flavor. Donuts are made to order and come out slightly crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. So fresh, so good. The topping combinations should all be each tried at least once. My personal favorite was the peanut and jelly one. As a side note their merch is hilarious too. If you ever visit you'll know what I mean.

Fantastic donuts. You can’t drive by without stopping. They have the cutest Unicorns and other funny animals. Go and see the Purve Donut Shop you will be totally amused. Their donuts will melt in your mouth.

If you want fresh, made-to-order doughnuts with a splash of innuendo, then you found it. They have about a dozen different theme flavors, and the cake doughnut comes out hot and fluffy. Not the place to go if you want cheap and fast because you'll have to wait a few minutes for the doughnut to be cooked and prepared.

Absolutely amazing shop, presentation and donuts! The donuts are a cakey (I know that’s not a word…but it’s the right word to describe this thang right here!) moist mouthful of goodness. I’m a fan for life! ️️️
