My experience at R&G was definitely 5 stars. I bought new tires at Costco and they wouldn’t mount them so we found R&G and they fit us in that day and even pushed back their lunch to make sure we were taken care of. Jessica, Steve and all the team who took care of us today did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend.

I showed up needing a quick tire on a rim. The rim was not on the car. Could’ve been an easy $100 sale. It was ten minutes until close. A five minute job, tops. The guy laughed and said “we’re closed”. Won’t be going here again.

Ryan help me and my family get tires/rims. He's one of my favorite people to go to, when I need new ones. I highly recommend him if you need anything from the kona R&G. I appreciate all you do Ryan Mahalo see you again soon

Very happy with these guys. They took extra time to address the issue that my car had the wrong size tires on it and we came to a good solution with the replacements. When I go back in a couple of months to get new tires for my other car, I will be more prepared. I absolutely recommend them-they know their stuff! The shop is also spotless and picked up, which I appreciate.

I would have given 5-stars if they would be willing to accept reservations from people who live outside of town. First-come, first-served rarely works for us when we have a 45-90 minute early-morning drive to just find out that they are already booked for the day. Even if they only accepted one or two reservations a day and asked us to give a credit card number to make the reservation and agreed to a $50 non-refundable credit (or something) to reserve our spot.

Great experience as always with r&g tire center. They were able to source a set of hard to find tires for me, and were extremely professional and easy to do business with. Terri was very respectful and gave me a great deal on the installation and disposal. Damarcus installed my tires and did a great job on the balance, making sure to use hidden weights. He got me in and out of there in no time!

This place is the worst for customer service. The way they talk to you and treat you here is nasty. I’ve recently had good experience with Firestone. Good luck if you are going to R&G tires.
