I first entered the lounge at Ala Moana. Since it was a VIP card, I was taken to a different room. Well, it was okay. I left the store once, and when I went back in to meet up with my daughters, the person at the reception desk was really unpleasant

I get tired of walking and can use it for free.so in a sense it's an oasis (lol)
However, Ala Moana was incomparably more polite and pleasant to use than the last time I used it (in 2019).

International Marketplace is new, so maybe the staff aren't used to it?
Even when I heard about the shop that used to be in my intama, I was not sure where it would be relocated. I don't know about the shop itself. It's a long-established Hawaiian jewelry store.but I don't know anything about it. That's too bad.
Also, the response was a bit sloppy.although it felt good when I was using DFS.
That said, it's definitely an oasis in the middle of Waikiki where you can enjoy free cool drinks.

[What I was curious about]
・I felt that the capacity was smaller compared to Waikiki.
・It's tiring to get there because it's located in Haji of Ala Moana Shopping Center.
・As the number of toilets is limited, you may need to consider waiting or using the area outside the lounge.

The clerk is the worst
I felt bad for being so bossy.
Everyone was being watched in an unpleasant way and I couldn't really rest at all.

It was larger and more comfortable than before the coronavirus. Drink service and clean restrooms are something that impresses me during my travels. Rakuten! Thank you.

If you don't speak Japanese and want to take a break, there are Japanese-style toilets and people can speak Japanese, which is nice, but you can only drink one drink and use it once within an hour, and it's a relaxing lounge. There isn't.

Perfect for a break from shopping. There are quite a few people in there even on weekdays. There are drinks available and massage chairs available. Magazines too. The toilet was clean.

I feel like I'm scared of foreigners and don't want to meet them. But think about it for a moment. You are probably foreigners here in Hawaii.
