Incredible experience snorkeling around the crater with 100’s of fish. The staff was extremely friendly and fun. We did a backside buzz by of the crater and even a few donuts on our way back. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure everyone had a blast!

We had a 5-hour snorkeling trip. The boat was great! The team was great! The snorkeling at Molokini Crater was really nice. My boys ages 12 and 15 absolutely loved the Elevator at the back side of the Molokini Crater…. However, we should have stopped the trip there. The ride to the South Coast took some time and it was just ok. The snorkel with turtles was a dud. They don’t take you to the Turtle Town, where you can see many turtles, because it is crowded. They take you to some rocks next to some hotel (Wailea?). There was only one turtle. The snorkeling place was right next to sharp large volcano rocks with huge waves (looked totally unsafe), the water was murky, and most of our group did not see the turtle. Many people felt it was unsafe to swim there and did not leave the boat. So, if I had to do this again, I would not select the long trip. I would just go to Molokini and that’s it. The rest of the trip was not worth the money paid. I would still absolutely recommend this company for Molokini snorkeling. I would rate them 5 starts for that! But if you want to snorkel with turtles, do a tour specific to that and/or try some of the amazing snorkeling beaches in Maui, including Kapalua Bay Beach. That’s where my kids snorkeled with the wild turtles.

This tour (we went in May 2021) was absolutely fantastic. From the small boat, our guides, and the 6 (!) stops our boat made, my husband and I had a wonderful time. You'll start the morning off with a ride to Molokini, breakfast, and snorkeling. We were able to snorkel in the crater, the edge of the crater, and the backside. We then proceeded down to the south coast to see the lava flows. Then, it was back up towards Turtle Town where I saw 5 turtles! We got lucky that the water was not super murky while we were there. We ate lunch, and since our group was speedy, our guides squeezed in one extra stop where we saw two monk seals and a giant turtle in one of the underwater caves. I appreciated the information and history from our guides, plus how they personalized the trip for our tour to let us have extra snorkeling stops. This was by far one of our favorite excursions of the whole trip. We can't wait to visit again!

Did the 5 hour Molikini crater snorkeling trip on July 3rd. Chase and Katie were excellent guides. Amazing snorkeling and also saw dolphins and swam with turtles. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience overall. There is no snorkeling experience that compares to snorkeling inside of the crater. Crystal clear water and lots of variety of fish to see. The staff were amazing and made the tour worthwhile.

Great guides and a great trip out to Molokini Crater. We did the shorter 2-hour snorkel trip first thing in the morning so we could guarantee a trip out to the crater. We tried to do a snorkel trip on a catamaran 2 years ago with a different company but were rerouted outside the crater back to Maui because the waves were too rough and we were really disappointed. But this time we were actually able to snorkel the crater with Redline! The guides were efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun without being overbearing once we got there. We are experienced snorkelers and they just let us do our thing. Great experience and would recommend! Mahalo!

This tour is a must if coming to Maui. Snorkeling in all the different spots was amazing. The views and swimming with schools of fish and turtles were insane.

Loved this tour! Friendly, knowledgeable and fun crew. Smaller groups in this tour makes everything less crowded and fun fast boats! Went to four different snorkel locations and never felt rushed! Even had time to stop at a extra location and saw dolphins. Tim and Chase were awesome!

Did the Molokini Crater and Forbidden Coast tour and this was the best part of our Maui trip so far. Randy and Shawn are awesome and the snorkeling was beyond expectations.beautiful.we had a GREAT TIME! Thanks Randy and Shawn.

Tim and Chase were great. The water wasn't the calmest when we were out and they still made the experience enjoyable. We spent as much time at each place as we wanted and swam at multiple spots.

Amazing experience. I couldn’t imagine any way it could be better. These guys are pros. The boat was in great shape, they planned the day just right, they took safety seriously, and we got to see amazing snorkeling sights. If you want to snorkel in Maui, go with Redline.

Great snorkeling at 4 different locations: both sides of Molokini crater, La perouse, turtle town. Crystal clear water with great visibility. We were the first ones to the Molokini and only ones at the back side. Enough time was given for each location. No pressure or hurrying at all. Highly recommend to anyone who's into snorkeling or freediving and don't mind a little bit of rocky boat ride.

We enjoyed the trip so much we went twice. Great crews and enjoyed everything they showed us. We highly recommend this company.

My husband and I had an awesome experience with Redline Rafting. Seth and Chase were excellent Captains and very informative considering that we had never been snorkeling before. We are so happy that we chose to go with a smaller group, had a very personal experience. Seth and Chase were very knowledgeable about the sites that we were seeing.

Tim and Chase were excellent tour captains, and I would absolutely do this trip again. It was so relaxing and fun, but also very invigorating exercise. I got to see fish that I don’t normally see. A+!

It’s really expensive to be fair, but absolutely no regrets. We picked this one based off of reviews, but I’m not entirely sure how it would differ for the 5+ other tours trekking the same spots.

The sea turtles were dope.

The snorkeling was amazing but the guides made the trip - even my 13 & 9 commented how cool they were. The guides provided interesting facts at each stop. At the end of the trip, they provided information on a couple of great hikes. We did the Waihee Ridge hike they suggested and it was a highlight of the trip. Redline is worth the price - avoid the big boats. Thanks to Captain Sean & Tevia.

Had a great day snorkeling. Jonathan and Kelli were fantastic guides. I highly recommend this tour. We saw tons of fish at each snorkeling spot and the then the last stop swam with at least five sea turtles.

Don't hesitate! Friendly guides (Tevia and Jonathan), nice equipment to use (wet auits, snorkel gear, etc), plus we were taken to some beautiful locations! I highly recommend Redline Rafting!
