7Nice clean store, got a cool Hawaiian tee shirt for a solid price but other stuff is kinda pricey. High quality materials and nice worker
Friendly staff. They happily did an exchange for me when I grabbed the wrong size hat.
Poor customer service. The young people at the store are rude! Especially the girl.
I went into rip curl tonight and immediately got barked at by a women with long black hair that said in a scolding tone, SIR WE ARE CLOSED, like I just walked past a big blinking sign or something that says closed. I walked out and just to make sure it wasn’t my imagination. I ask the people next to me, that was also coming out, if she was just that rude or was it me. They told me yes and thought she was very aggressive. Oh and I also checked my watch and it said 6: 51. Didn’t know when they closed but it looks like it’s actually 7pm according to maps. I went down a couple shops and bought my shirts at Hulakai from a gentleman named Chris that was as nice as can be and it was a completely opposite experience.
Very bad customer service. Respect should be given for everyone and not just selective people.

Had some sick clothes and helpful employees. Definitely recommend if you're into the surfer look.
