I love R&L! They take me to medical appointments and I have limited mobility. They are kind, professional, punctual, and friendly! The fleet is all new cars, or it appears that way to me. They are always clean and smell good. I am starting to feel like some of the drivers are friends. R&L is good people! You will have a good experience with them!

The only thing I can add, that I haven't already said about R&L Taxi, is how flexible they are. Not easy for a cab company, I would imagine! The dispatchers and the driver were all very courteous. The driver came on time, was very friendly, and drove calmly and safely, not like a lot of cab drivers that hurry. And he happened to play some of my favorite Hawaiian music! Certainly one of my best taxi experiences.

This company was incredible! After we were evacuated near the devastating fire in Lahaina, and there were no flights available, we called this taxi service. Not only did the driver, Jaimie, pause the relief efforts she was in the middle of to give us a ride, she also helped us find a place to stay the night so we didn’t have to take up room in the shelter. This company was easy to reach, was there within minutes, and went above and beyond to help us, even during a horrific natural disaster. So grateful for them
