Ross Dress for Less, Kaneohe HI

I visited this place yesterday around 3: 00 pm, like the place, but I don’t like the worker, the old small lady who are in the fitting room area! She’s so rude! I hate the way she talk. I really mad at her but I still to be calm.

Very clean store. Lots of merchandise
Very good prices. Greeters are very cheerful when you arrive. Cashiers are hit and miss. Got what I was looking for at great price. Can't ask for much more.

This is an awesome store, never dissapoints and staff has always been friendly. I love that they have foreign things to buy and it's very affordable!

I get a lot of my clothes from here. I took away a star because some of the men's colognes they sell for higher than the regular price at other stores.

Very rude staff member at the changing rooms, I was unsure of there procedures of hanging the item for the staff member to check how many garments I had on entry and exit of changing room. I was questioned and treated as If I was stealing

Add also Ross talks badly about customers through their microphones. I have heard them. Do not shop here! Especially not the Kaneohe locations. I heard staff complaining about how miserable a the customers are and how they steal everything.absolutely repulsive staff and behavior. They flirt with each other and one girl keeps walking between two male employees every time I walk into the store! I tried to call them and let them know their behavior but they gave me bad attitude and put me on hold for 10 minutes and told they were closing the store and to stop calling. I called and asked her to stop walking between male employees while people are trying on clothes because it’s not appropriate and she said she was just doing her numbers. Ross is probably the worst place to shop these days. I walked in believe last night and I was flabbergasted! I believe it was the same girl and she continued to pass me worth another male associate gossiping and talking story, both ignored me and did not say hi. She then proceeded to take out some racks and follow me down the halls and around the store staring at me. Ridiculous place! Unprofessional staff and I have heard staff talking about dating to each other before. Ross is a terrible place to shop! She continually chats with male associates then stares at females shopping in the halls and nobody complain! Ross what are you doing to customers?

Friendly people and the registar line moved quickly. Need more mens 3x and up an more mens shorts 40and up

This place is awesome. Prices are very reasonable even for name brand items. They give discounts for certain age on Tuesdays.

Many bargains here. Nice big store. Well presented. Attaches to the Mall.
Bring your wallet. They will be something here for you.
