We are not sure if the shop likes to take things personal and play games.
We had a bad battery. We asked them if they could take out the battery so that we can replace it which they agreed to do at first. Then they changed their mind saying they'll jump start the car instead and ignored us when we asked about taking out the battery. We told them we'll come back and when we did they all coincidently took a lunch break at the same time without letting us know ahead of time, they told us itll take 30min to wait, when all they had to do was jump start the car.
Unprofessional customer service in our experience.

Had a flat tire over the weekend and called this morning to make sure they had a replacement - the guy confirmed they had the tire in stock and told me to come at 1pm for a change. Showed up to find out they had just sold the last tire in my size and he waved me off.

Royl Hawaiian Tire is the best so far. I've been calling to Wal mart and other Auto Center, some doesn't have enough tire supplies for my old car. Some are very expensive and long hours wait. Royal Hawaiian is very accommodating, they give cheaper price, great great service from the Boss and his staff mechanic. They did a great great job on changing my 4 wheels and they aligned my steering wheels too.
I will definitely recommend this place.

I can see why they only have 3.1 stars.
What a %¢$#@. Go to Juan's in Lahaina Gabriel's way cooler. The guy who answers the phone is a %+$&#@ for no reason. It's all he has in life and if you take it away from him what else will he have?

Watch out this place will charge you without asking if you want the job done.the owner is greedy and doesn’t care if your are a repeat client.no aloha or customer service.he quoted a price not more than a $100 then when i went to pick up my vehicle it was $250.all the places i have been to always ask before doing the work if the price is more than what was agreed upon

Extremely rude and unwilling to help. Sign a paper stating you will be charged an extra $90 if anything else wrong with front end for alignment. Unheard of

Bought tires here 2 years ago. 50K miles guarantee free flat repairs. 10k later big flat brought it back and was told to move away from front entrance. Ask to see puncture told I couldn't go in shop. They brought tire to me, was a side wall puncture near tread. THAT'S NOT COVERED. Had to buy new one for $25 more than I paid 2 years ago.

I went to rht to get an alignment on a stock truck they said that they couldn't align the truck.i asked how come they said for 89.99 they would tell me why they couldn't do it.i would not recommend them for alignment service.

This is exactly the riff-off shop people warned you about.they'll say one price on the phone and then hit you with some "mandatory" hidden fees when you're in the door double the price and try and get you to fast talk signing it

That is a pilau way of doing business

Go to Costco or Goodyear and get honest people
