Sam's Club reviews
24My wife and I just love shopping at Sam's Club which is so convenient for us with the quality of service and products, not to mention the method of bar code shopping using our phones to scan and pay as we fill up our cart.
We shop at this location anytime we are in Honolulu. The variety and options that they sell is great. Staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help you find what you need.
Always fun to visit the local songs for and find Foods unique to the city you are in. Here in Hawaii we have Hawaiian foods, raw fish selections, korean-japanese as well as the Americans type cuts of meat.
Love this place! Lots of options and great contact less payment options! Great deals all the time
There is a lot of food and a lot off other products that's very interesting in I love it and so do my wife and it so convince the Bus stop is right there for people that can't drive and Walmart is down stairs to.
We buy and really enjoy the Rotisserie Chicken from this Sam’s.
We have never experienced what we did last night. Two guys were cutting up the chicken. We approached to ask a question. They couldn’t even hear us 10 feet apart because they were playing reggae music so loud.
This is a reflection of bad leadership!
Sam's Club Keeaumoku is a long time favorite of ours. The store is always clean and as tidy as the staff can manage with customers leaving items hither and yon. Sam's is doing an excellent job with Covid safety practices. Today when I looked for a shopping cart employees were spraying disinfectant on the them. Also, spacing between shoppers waiting to check-out is clearly marked and maintained by employees directing "traffic". Other shoppers, with very few exceptions, are polite, kindly & patient.
Unfortunately for us Sam's has recently discontinued selling cigarettes. Otherwise they are doing the best they can to keep their regular products stocked and I am seldom disappointed. I still check for a couple of old favorites in hopes they might show up - it could happen.
There are still great bargains to be had if you don't go crazy. Avoid the "Ooo, way cheap! " temptation. Make a list of items you regularly use and buy only what your household will use up by your next visit to Sam's.
I also suggest beginning at the back of the store, especially when buying heavy cases of beverages &/or bulk pet food products. Put items in with the bar code visible so you can self check-out more easily. It will also be helpful if using a regular check-out line.
Was a good experience as usual people wearing mask and hand sanitizers at the entrance. Not a 5 star because wasn't wowing not in a bad way just a usual day no big crowds. Costumers distancing in lines. Good work on making sure self checkouts get sanitized after each customer.
Wish they would have a limit on items people buy. Been 5 stores and I still can't get what I need. Clorox wipes: (
"If a boss love and care about his workers, his workers will love and care about the company and its customers. " Not sure how the boss treat his employees, employees seems to do their jobs simply as a job; not really care about the customers nor the company. Not all items are cheap but quite a few items are worth to buy due to good quality and low price.
The Keeaumoku Sam’s Club location customer service counter is critically lacking customer service. My wife spent over 30 minutes on hold when rudely placed on hold by the store representative, only to have the rep hang up on her at the end of the call. It is obvious why this store is on the verge of possibly closing. Where is the customer service in an industry that caters to customers, is corporate aware?
Great location. Can get busy, but membership services is super helpful. Online pickup via app best time saver!
Getting better, similar to Costco but different. Have Hawaiian chocolates and some Hawaiian cookies.
This is one of the nicest Sam's Clubs I've ever been too. It's on the 3rd floor above the Wal-Mart. Went in, to look around. It was very clean and well stocked. I saw them packing and roasting tons of rotisserie chickens. I bought 3 foil pans of just rotisserie chicken breasts for only $3.98 each. Took them back to my room, at the Imperial. Gonna eat for days for only 12 bucks. And they use Lawrys Seasoned Salt on them. Stop in and stock up on food. It's a really great price.
Terrible company. Worked for them and the pay is low and they have way to many issues when dealing with hiring and getting in contact with anybody.
Two sams club on the island. Same company but both have different price. They don't even do price adjustment even when I bought two same items from both stores. Sams club, you suck!
This Sam's club is far better than the one in Pearl City. Much better organized and easier to move through. There aren't any lines in the self-checkout lane when I went and the lines in the normal lanes weren't too bad either. I couldn't find the gas station, if there is one attached, and that's half the reason I got the membership in the first place, so I take a star off for that
They never pick up their phone. Never! Tried calling 4 days in a row from 2 to 4 pm. You just have to go to the store to talk to someone
Went to pick up a theater seat. None on the floor. Found Manny, he found the last one for me. And knew that there was one. Excellent job, Manny!
Obviously nobody at this location knows how to answer a telephone. Tried numerous times to reach someone.anyone! No luck.
This location is garbage. Work on customer service and phone skills!
