6I had two different vendors come to my home to get competitive work proposals for a rather extensive screening job. The Screen-It folks were much more costly for the same overall project, by about +30%. After I declined their proposal, I was sent an invoice of ca. $100 to charge for the preliminary visit. Give me a break! The apparently competent vendor/competitor whom I chose told me that they would never charge a fee to visit a site to assess a new job. Indeed, the preliminary proposal is basically the cost of doing business. (But I did send the payment to Screen-It to make this unpleasant issue just disappear.) I had specifically requested of the mobile worker that communication with me occur by email, and presented my business card with that info. However, invoices were sent to me by text messages to which I could not respond. I was definitely irritated with the way this business operated.
Exceptional quality and customer service. These folks have been in business 22 years for good reason. They go the extra mile for their customers. I am so grateful they were able to accommodate my project on short notice. Highly recommended!
Needed to replace a frame and screen for shop door 30" X79". " Owner Steve was very accommodating and completed the job in quick fashion.

Don't do any business with this man. The the owner's name is Steve. He is very unprofessional, rude and a liar. He sold me water heater that is not working. Was very mean when i was buying. Using bad language in front of my kids. And after we called him to let hin know the item is not working he said he will call the cops? ! Very unhappy person! I will never do business with him!
