What a day! We Felt exactly what Aloha means. Thank you for your hospitality and amazing memories.
3 times I have had contact with this store. Once by accident as I was riding past on my Segway mini. I stopped in to inquire about batteries. 30 min wait till one guy came up front and in a grumpy manner said they sell them but basically for almost twice what I paid for my segway. I understand the extra shipping cost to Hawaii but gouging is gouging. 2nd and 3rd time I spoke to a lady on the phone about tire replacement. Not sure if same lady but one said order the tires and we will charge a fee to swap em out. That was not a problem and I made a 12 o'clock appointment. At 11 the day of, I called to let them know I was comming and basically got yelled at and told hey don't do that there. They can charge me to show how it's done. I know how to do it. It's on YouTube. I scheduled for the convince. Very very rude customer service. Will not be back.
Has a great experience with Segway of Hawaii. Toured around the city and made our way to the coast. Tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. A great introduction to Honolulu! Thanks for a seamless and very enjoyable experience!
Michael was a fantastic tour guide, 100% the best guide you could ask for. Even if you didn't like the segway he was comforting, helpful, and he goes as slow or fast as your party needs. My sister is special needs and was afraid of it before hand but once he helped her and held on to her throughout the tour, she was much more comfortable, I am forever grateful for that man. My whole family had a great time and Mike brings you to some great sights. 12/10, do this when you're in town please.
Their service was super friendly and professional. I had the pleasure of talking employees Justin and Eric for a repair on my Segaway Ninebot Kickscooter. Repair, done by Eric, was quick and informative. Justin ensured me that any Segway products that I purchased would be taken care of locally through their store. I find that very comforting knowing that I don't have to go through a mainland or international corporation to get repairs done. Anyone in Hawaii knows how much of a hassle it can be to get something repaired when the only alternative you have is sourced elsewhere.
