We came to Maui for our first “family vacation. ” I decided to book a photoshoot, and found Shayla. I just got the pictures back, and they are incredible. They all look like they could be a magazine ad!

When we changed our wedding date, our original photographer couldn’t shoot it. She connected us with Shayla who was awesome! She came fully prepared and followed the timeline previously laid out. She had the list of specific family portraits we requested and was really flexible when we had to slightly go out of order. She worked so well with our Videographer (Stephan Boeker) to ensure both got all the shots they needed and made sure that the photo backdrops we wanted were included! We loved working with Shayla and are excited to see our images!

We had Shayla take our family photos during our vacation to Maui. I wasn't expecting to have that much fun during a photo session. She was very organized and professional. She even helped us out with our plans for the rest of our trip and gave us some outstanding restaurant recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer! I have been fallowing this young woman's photography carrier for many years now. She is dedicated to excellence and is a perfectionist. Shayla has a natural talent of capturing the moments and staging your memory. Having some one that really cares about your memory and has the skill how to capture it in time is a god send! Shayla was recommended to me, and I hired her to photograph my husband's burial at Maui Veterans Cemetery. I was not able to attend in person and wanted to be able to see the event. Shayla's photographs were meaningful and appropriate, but what really set her aside and earned that five-star rating was something that she thought of and did on her own. She set up her phone so that I could watch the playing of taps and the burial as it happened. In my grief, it would not have and did not even occur to me that such a thing was possible, but Shayla thought of it. I would gladly give her more stars if I could.
