My husband and I received An amazing couples massage here with a Spectacular View. My husband keeps saying this is the best massage he's ever had. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!

We had Christy and May for a couples massage on Valentine's day, Christy did an amazing deep tissue for my husband with plenty of attention to his sore muscle areas and joints. May gave me a wonderful swedish massage that had me melting into the table and thoroughly relaxed me. She found knots I didn't know I had and worked on them until I felt my muscles loosen and relax. Definitely a great experience! We will be coming back!

We got a couples massage. 60 min. Beautiful view. Great massage. Christy did mine, a little harder than I would have liked but I felt AMAZING after. I stuck with the roughness knowing I probably needed it. My husband who weighs double me and is a foot taller got the smaller lady. I wish the stronger one I got had switched and did my husbands massage. This place is fairly easy to find, follow the GPS. I found this business on living social, when I text the number to book an appt she said she would match the price of the living social offer. (I happily obliged since they only get a portion when the offers are purchased through a 3rd party) I recommend this place for a massage.

I came here for the first time today for a deep tissue massage and boy did they deliver. I rarely find a masseuse that can keep up consistently deep enough pressure to work out my knots, but Smile Massage delivered just that. They offer a complimentary lip treatment which does make your lips feel smooth but I was not told before hand it tints your lips pink from the cherry. Not that big a deal as it does fade pretty quickly but something for people to know before agreeing to the lip treatment. She said there is a non-tinted version they use on men so you could always ask for that one if you don't want the tint. It's not the fanciest atmosphere, but I care far more about the actual massage. Another note is that I was told they prefer texting to schedule appointments rather than calling. I will be back.

Worst massage of my life. Beyond unprofessional!
It smelled of smoke, it was dark and gross. Deep tissues was just rough, fast, Swedish glides. She said “Do I want butt massage? ” I said hip yeah, she said “No we say butt massage! ” And pulled my underwear down passed my cheeks. Didn’t ask if I was allergic to anything or where my problem areas were. My husband’s lady walked extremely loud in the room! She sat on top of him and on his back! Craziest thing ever! No paperwork on history. The door had a slide lock and a buzzer. Definitely the shadiest place I have ever been to for a massage. Guarantee those women did not have professional massage licenses. Everything you are taught NOT to do in a professional massage school is exactly the kind of place and massage it was. Do not go to if u want a professional place and do not buy their cheap Groupon!

This is my 2nd visit here. When I come to Hawaii, this is the go to place for a massage. Been to other places on the island and mainland and they pale in comparison. Christie is awesome.

I walked to the building worried about the quality, but my siblings and I exited the elevator, the owner greeted us with open arms and a big smile "you came! ". The masseuse that took care of me and my brother was Yomi and Christie. They were strong, yet gentle as well as funny and a bit charming. The music is very peaceful and the window view is a gorgeous sunset overlooking the ocean. It was my first massage and I enjoyed it, my brother said that he gets deep tissue massages once a month and for what we paid for ($56+tip), this is as good as a $200 massage, if not better. If you are ever in Waikiki, definitely give this place a try.

The best massage me and my husband have ever experienced in our entire lives. Christle and Yuli are amazing! Lots of fun and very thourgh not to mention knowledgable. They take their time and make you feel very comfortable.

Great place, me and my wife were able to get an appointment within an hour, the lady was very nice on the phone, even gave us very detailed instructions for the parking. Deep tissue message was very relaxing, but it can be painful for those who never had it. We had yuli and nana, both were fantastic. If you are looking for a great message at a reasonable price, this is the place to go.

I have become a repeat customer since my original reviews. Still Highest Recommendation possible. If you need Deep Tissue work done ask for Uly. She is stong and very very Intuitive.

Great service and very friendly staff! My husband and I went here for a couples message and we were so happy with everything. It was very relaxing. Only thing was that it was a little inconvienant to park but overall satisfied.

I have done a couples massage here twice from Lisa and lulu, they are amazing! I've paid for several high end spas in the past and I'd have to say this is one of the best massages I've had. (I only wish there was a sauna and jacuzzi to relax in) If you book directly with smiles they will give you a better deal. Both times I booked last minute and had no issues getting in. I will definitely be going back.
