NEVER SHOWED! Waited an hour. Paid in advance. Was told the driver would call us. Had to take a taxi to hotel. NO ALOHA SPIRT AT THIS COMPANY. AVOID THEM!

Warning do not use this shuttle service! Pickup from airport to hotel was fine, pleasant driver and there waiting for us. Trip home we had a 7.30am flight to Honolulu, shuttle was booked for 4.45am, we waited til 5.10am before we realised they probably were not coming, no after hours number to contact, everyone getting quite stressed an anxious by this stage we ended up finding a taxi which was hard at that time of the morning and we just made the flight. Never again would we use these guys and 100% do not recommend, now let's see if we get a refund? Won't hold my breath

We've used this shuttle service for a round trip, Kona airport to the hotel, and the other way around. At the first ride, the pick up greeter was supposed to be at the luggage pickup but he was not there and we took like 15mins to find the shuttle and the driver. The drive was fine and the driver was nice guy. However, the problem was shuttle back to airport. It did not show up at the pickup time and place. We booked one at 0700 and not a single ride came up on time, and we've waited 1 hour till 0800 when the office open, just in case. I've called more than 5 times but nobody answered. This is ridiculous. I strongly recommend to use Lyft or Uber for the airport access, it is cheaper and better option.

Plane was late and not picked up. Called office and got recording. Have used in the past without problems. Never had a flight delayed so long. Thank goodness was able to get a cab.

Leg 1: Airport to hotel. I was waiting at the airport for over an hour to be picked up. I followed the instructions from the company but no staff member with a sign was in the airport. I phoned the company who then sent someone to pick me up. Due to dropping me off last, it took another hour for me to get to the hotel. Hawaiin Airlines uses a different terminal so I do wonder if that had something to do with it.
A few days after this, speedi shuttles started deducting random amounts of money out of my account without authorisation! Even though I had already paid for the return trip + gratuity in full. When I emailed them about it, they said they would get back to me and never did, despite me emailing them multiple times to check in. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get the money back. Still haven't heard from speedi shuttles.
Leg 2: hotel to airport. I was pleasantly surprised that they picked me up on time. No issues on the return trip.

I called my hotel for a suggestion on a shuttle from the airport and they made this suggestion. The shuttle arrived on time to pick us up at the airport but was terribly disappointed in the person who was driving. We had just traveled 20 hours and this guy didn’t speak a word on our 50 minute drive. It would have been nice to hear something about Hawaii on the way. This company is very overpriced compared to all the other car services we used while in Hawaii. $200 one way is a bit ridiculous. We will never do that again and would definitely not recommend.

I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about but these guys were great for us. Our flight was delayed coming in but they were still waiting for us at the airport. We had the early flight out for departure and they picked us up right at 4am as requested. Also very reasonable rates. I’m guessing people only leave reviews when they’ve had issues so I thought I would leave some positive feedback. Thanks Speedishuttle!

Beware! My flight was delayed then canceled. Contacted this organization as soon as this occurred which was still 12 hours in advance and they would not allow a refund or even a credit for reschedule. Ridiculous seeing as this was a ride at over $300. I will not be utilizing this service for business or pleasure in the future. Note they also do business under the ExecuCar name and Arthur’s Limousine.

Booked the shuttle from airport to hotel and back in a package deal in advance, Worked out fine, shuttle was there right on time. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The only reason I’m being generous with two stars is because our return driver tried to compensate for the horrible experience we had upon arriving at the Honolulu airport. We wasted an entire hour hunting down the grumpy lady and the angry driver, we then had to endure a painful two-hour drive to the hotel! Traffic wasn't entirely to blame for this delay; the blabbering driver kept on chatting about every single building we passed. Newsflash: we didn't sign up for a tedious tour! Especially not after a grueling 15-hour flight with a baby! What an awful service and horrid communication! Next time we're in Hawaii, we'll definitely be taking a taxi or an Uber.

I just used them and almost missed my flight because they didn't inform me too schedule an earlier pick when I spoke to the dispatcher, instead they added 15 min to my request and were late by 10 min and still they waited to pick-up another person who was not even at the pick-up location. Very unprofessional I will not use them again. Please be careful if you use them to get to the airport because they don't care if you miss it.

They simply did not show up to pick us up at airport on arrival. Left us with kids stuck at airport at 10pm (and my phone did not work in the US). Not a great way to start a vacation. Stay away from these guys.

Waited a long time. No one came. I called back and was told I would receive a phone call but no one called back.

Currently at the airport after midnight trying to find a way to my hotel. Waiting 90 minutes in the rain and no shuttle has arrived, nor is there an after-hours phone number. I even called the hotel to see if they had an inside scoop, but no luck. Reservation was booked with a vacation package, otherwise I would've heeded the reviews. Will definitely find a more reliable ride back to the airport.

Horrible experience and customer service. 40 minutes in counting and still waiting for our suggested time frame shuttle we booked and paid for online. There younger kids with us too. It took a long time to get a hold of anyone and they said shuffle is 15-20 min out. We’ll see… Do not recommend!

On the Big island to airport; on time with helpful and courteous service by "Robert". Strongly recommend calling in advance!
