Spicy House reviews
15Amazing pangang curry and excellent Thai tea. Lovely place and wonderful staff. Affordable, mostly less than $15 a plate.
One of the best Thai I had not just in Hawaii but all over United States, the people are very friendly & amazing service. They let me customize my food as for my requirement.
Thoroughly enjoyed spicy basil fried rice and Massaman curry. Green curry was ok and chicken stir fry was solid
Don't let the exterior of the place fool you. Inside is a pure Thai soul. Very good pork ribs, curry and friendly staff.
Excellent food, great service and the shrimp rolls are made in house! Great prices and very sweet staff! Ala took the order and was very helpful in making suggestions based on what we were in the mood for. We did a take out order, even still it was very memorable and personable, I love that they bring the order to the car when it’s finished so there isn’t a line of people waiting around for to go orders. Everything was packed very nicely and they made sure to pack plenty of napkins, utensils and that handy cardboard square under the curry so it did not spill in the bag. Amazing attention to detail throughout the whole experience. The shrimp rolls held their crisp for the full car ride home, the shrimp fried rice was a great portion size for the price and the curry was magnificent!
My sister recommended it and I can see why. Great food and service. Has a home cooked taste. Nice portion Sizes. Loved the papaya salad. It's a small mom n pop place with big flavor. Looks like a local fave for Thai food! Lots of tourist were ordering too. Oh the waitress was so sweet too.
Called ahead to make reservations and got voicemail. Decided to just go and found the place closed even though the hours posted on the door and message on the phone said they would be open. If you are going to be closed outside your posted hours at least have the courtesy to update your phone message so people don't waste their time.
We had a great experience. We especially like the stuffed chicken wings however, everything we had was great. We have tried both the red curry and mossimon curry so far and both were great. The summer rolls were refreshing.
Went randomly after the beach & it is SO GOOD. Friendly, family owned and the food was very good quality. Everything came out beautifully and in good time. Will def go back.
Should be called Tasty House, it's great food. One of the top spots in Waianae. Always tastes fresh. It was recommended by a friend after hiking Pink Pillbox and we continue to go back often.
Authentic Thai food! Very delicious Pad Thai, I had them make it extra spicy and it was perfect!
Not easy to find, drove by it the first time, but worth the effort.
Awesome staff & Amazing food. My favorite dessert after 1 bite almost forgot to take a photo.
One of the few great places for food on the Waianae Coast. My favorites are the chicken satay and panang curry!
Super tasty Thai. Rad na, banana tapioca, and Massaman curry were excellent. Looking forward to trying more on the menu.
Great massaman curry. Spring rolls were okay. Pricing is good. Takeout only. Need to wait in your car if ordering onsite. Location is a bit rough and signage is poor. I would eat here again and would be interested in trying some other items. The brown rice I ordered came in a variety I haven't seen before but didn't appear to be brown but rather a blend. It was still good.
