Charged me twice for a haircut at around $52 so over 100$. The staff was unwilling to help or call the owner. Then no one would answer my calls to resolve. I am forced to list as fraud.

The staff move slower than slow. No sense or urgency when you have 9 people waiting. I would fire every employee if this was my business.

You have to keep an eye on the list. Got here before the app recommended time and still waited an extra hour. Found out that I was skipped over with 2 customers. Not sure if Gina will see this message but if you do, please do better. Also, I was checked-in on the kiosk the whole time with a status of "In-store" on the screen.
