I keep coming to this location because it’s close to my house but honestly I hate it here. Employees are rude and nasty at this location I honestly drive the extra miles to the next location. I purchase a new cup every time I go and this is the only location that will give me my drinks in a dusty cup I just bought. My drinks over flows my cups to the point where I can not put the top on it. I always ask for them to take some off so I can secure the cup but today I was in a rush for work after being skipped over twice by people who just walked in. I asked for napkin so I can push my top on and go. The little girl told me no and I can get them from the station behind me. Honestly the counter was already extremely dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned all day. I really hate this location they all started talking and laughing about it once I turned to exit. Something has to be done about these girls.

Zero power outlets! What is it with starbucks in hawaii? Almost every stores terminated their power outlets. I need to do some computer work while enjoying my latte. Shame on starbucks Hawaii. Never seen such thing anywhere on mainland. Fix your power outlets asap

I don't know if this a trend on the store or only this store, but the plugs are covered. Update: I purchase a drink and stayed a little, then I got cold and I finish my drinking my car and needing the and the batista told me to go to use the lumber bathroom? !? Is this Capping?

My favorite one in the area. All are adept with names and an excellent memory. The products speak for themselves. The staff excels here.
