Offerings from diverse wisdom traditions, some local, some imported: hula and yoga to name two that will have me coming back for more
Warm welcome on my first visit
This is an enlightening place to breath, have tea, stretch, and sing. Your heart will be happy here.
I had a lomilomi massage.
It was polite and wonderful, and my body and mind were refreshed. I want to go again.thank you very much.
My daughter is enjoying aerial summer camp so much. Katherine is amazing and my daughter enjoys having her as a teacher. We are here for my job for 2 weeks and I needed to find something for my daughter to do to keep busy and this camp was the best decision. We will def be retuning next year
Excellent offerings! Murat blew my mind & helped my back with Turkish Belly Dance! My daughter & I also partook in a lomilomi course. Delightful sharings. Thank you.
I loved every class. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Still and Moving Center classes were a highlight of my Oahu stay. The teachers are a treasure.
Still and Moving Center offers such a wide variety of classes. I love all the instructors and know that whatever class I take, the instructor will be knowledgeable, it will be well run and I will benefit from participating in it. It is also so helpful that the majority of the classes are offered online, which I became accustomed to during the pandemic. They made a seamless transition between in person offerings and online offerings through Zoom, and now have both types of offerings, including a hybrid mix of the two types. I highly recommend Still and Moving Center and tell people about it all the time.
This is a sweet space. We took a Hula Basics class, which was just lovely! I was expecting the arm moves and steps (tho hadn’t realized how challenging it would be to combine the two), but hadn’t expected the teacher to play the ukulele and sing the songs we danced to. And we got to learn some rhythms on hand drums … really a beautiful introduction to this cornerstone of Hawaiian culture.
