Mary Worthen was an overall good ENT with knowledge. But she was awful at responding through my chart or getting in contact with me for my worries and concerns, which lead me waiting and waiting to be prescribed antibiotics for sinus infections. She overall didn’t seem to care about my needs. But overall she was knowledgeable when it came to her line of work.

I cannot hear anymore. I hope scientist will discover a cure for totally damaged eardrum. My life sucks

Probably the Best Doctor experience ive had in the last 2 years. Ive got PTSD of my last ENT at queens and little by little im finding that Straub does offer some really great doctors. If ENT is what you need, this is the place to go and Doctor Timothy Stoddard is the person to see.
His staff is attentive and sweet. Lauren took me back and has such a warm and caring personality. She is friendly and gentle. Lauren is Knowledgeable and clear on explaining the steps of the appointment and i felt at ease. I recieved 2 nasal sprays at the start. Lauren was gentle and educational, as to what they were for and what they would do.
Doctor Stoddard is Confident, knowledgeable, empathetic, and genuinely cares about the better well being for your concerns.
I felt that he took the time he needed to gather the most information to make the right recommendations. He was able to show me the video images of my nose and throat and help me to better understand, my symptoms, and what and why it was being caused.
He made 2 great recommendations, 1 surgical and 1 non surgical. He acknowledged the solutions i had been given by other others and gave it value for what theyre for and created a plan moving forward. Lauren came back to go over ther after visit, she was helpful in explaining the next steps. I scheduled my 3 week follow up at the front desk, with the gals who were so sweet and accomodating to find a morning appointment.

This review is specifically for Dr. Stoddard. I went to 5 different doctors to find relief from my burning mouth syndrome and Dr. Stoddard was the only one to not only know what was wrong, but also was so warm and informative on all the questions I had. I felt so comfortable and relaxed with him. You can tell he really cares and is very intelligent. I would trust him for any of my ENT needs. Wish he could be my everything doctor. Would recommend him to everyone who is looking for an intelligent, patient doctor they can trust.

I have never been one to write reviews about anywhere but my experience with Dr. Mary Worthen was such a great one that I felt I had to vocalize my appreciation.

This woman CARES! Straight up. You can see it in her eyes and hear it in her voice when she talks to you.

I had a tumor in my parotid gland removed and although she explained all the possible risks I still went along with it because I could tell she was genuinely passionate about her work.

A month and a half later and I couldn’t be more happy about the outcome.

Also, her assistant, Loren is on it! She’s always friendly and takes care of everything quickly.

Doctor Newbill and Dr. Park are doctors that really CARE about each patient and know exactly what each patient needs are and are willing to give each one the EMERGENCY ATTENTION that is NEEDED with just a PHONE CALL because they know EMERGENCY ATTENTION is NEEDED even though you might have to wait to see them they will make it a point to see you RIGHT AWAY! I’m SAD to here that Dr. PARK will also be retiring along with Dr. Newbill. Even though there are Dr. Cho & Dr. Stoddard they DON’T and WON’T go out of there way to CARE and find out what your NEED IS AND OR ADVISE WHAT THEY CAN DO TO HELP YOU. I called on AUGUST 20th because of an EAR INFECTION that was so INFECTED that it was affecting the whole side of my face and jaw and the RECEPTIONIST told me she was going to check with them and they said the EARLIEST APPOINTMENT WAS OCTOBER 9th! 50 DAYS TO SEE Dr. CHO or Dr. STODDARD! That is RIDICULOUS! I am SERIOUSLY LOOKING for a ENT SPECIALIST that will give there patients the CARE and RESPECT and make my HEALTH IMPORTANT! Even if it means LEAVING STRAUB!
