Strike Zone Fishing

Theu took our reservation with a credit card. But when we got there they said whoever took the reservation didn't write us down. So even with a text confirmation we were not able to go.

Booked a trip or me and my daughters through tickets for less and was scammed and charged 200 2 weeks after we returned from our trip David is a liar and scammer.strike zone staff was solid and we had a great trip wish we would have paid direct and cuz the snakes out

The first 5 min we was on the boat thay told us we was not going to catch fish and we was on 6 hours and we did not even have a bite just a big tourist trap if you what to go on a boat ride than this will be the boat

The crew was nice, but the whole trip it felt like being hurted like sheep! We only caught 4 fish out of 16 people in 4 and a 1/2 hours of fishing!
They definitely did not care if anybody caught fish or not! I understand it's fishing not catching. But when you pay that kind of money, sure would be nice to catch Something!? I would not recommend this trip unless you have no other option!

Perfect day with the crew on the Strike Zone. They were friendly and made sure we had the best afternoon possible. This trip was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they made this day extra special. Thank you!

The crew kept more than half of our fish….

While we were super stoked to reel in a big fish, the fish was divided up between us and other customers (which we were totally fine with for the sake of fairness to everyone), but the crew didn’t even finish filleting the first side of the fish and kept the remainder of the first side of the fish and the whole second side. We were in a group of 5 people on a shared charter with a total of 12 customers plus 4 crew. After paying more than $1000 + tip it was really disappointing to only receive a small baggie of fish between us from 30 pound fish.

We went fishing with Jordan, Jack, and Derek, and it was such a great experience. We caught a few keepers and even if we hadn’t we still had so much fun. We even got to see some whales on our way out to the spot. Captain Jordan did a fantastic job of getting us to where we needed to be and you can just tell he has so much knowledge to share when it comes to boating and fishing, Jack is a great hype man when you catch a fish and you’re reeling it in, he’s just as pumped as you are lol and Derek is extremely helpful and you can tell he loves what he does. Great group of people to go fishing with and there’s no doubt in my mind they will be our go to bottom fishing charter anytime we come to Maui.

The crew was over the top! Great day on the water! Fish kinda small but for $100. Each what can you expect

Sadly this trip was ruined by how rude deckhand named Derek was. I understand there are a lot of moving parts on big boats like these but after him making a snide comment to myself and watching him completely overreact about a situation that was out of another fisherman’s hands, the day was ruined for me and I wanted off the boat. I’ve grown up around fishing, hunting, anything outdoors and have never encounter someone so rude in this type of profession. Capt. Dana and Erik the other deckhand were very very nice so I’m not sure what went wrong with the other guy. Due to that reason I don’t recommend this charter and wish our resort hadn’t either. If Derek ever moves onto another charter then I would say this would be a great time.

Horrible. The crew was rude and was not helpful. It was a very disappointing experience for our family and everyone else on board. Don’t waste your time or your money. It’s not always expected to catch fish but the rudeness we experienced was not acceptable.

Had such a great morning on the Strike Zone! Saw a bunch of rainbows. What a beautiful day in Maui! The staff was exceptionally professional and super friendly!
