Subway, Keaau HI

I like the new menu upgrades as well as my favorite old choices. I've always gotten fast, friendly service in the store.

Customer service has always been great and they make my sandwich with love and I truly appreciate it… Thank you

I usually go to the Pahoa Subway. Since there was a BOGO online only deal at the Keaau location, I decided to give it a try. HUGE mistake. The bread was dry, the wrong bread, next to no sauce, little amount of veggies and it just tasted terrible. The pahoa subway does it right consistently. The workers at the keaau subway can't even make a decent precut sandwich? Sad world we live in. If you can go to hilo or pahoa, avoid the keaau subway.

We ordered, half a minute later our sandwiches were taken over by the next employee and he didnt know what to do, so we explained again.we werent asked if we wanted it warm, so we insisted.after that he wanted to finish the sandwich without salad and veggies. What is going on here? Communication in this shop is terrible and the mood is too. One engaged employee would be enough.why have they 5 people interferring with each other anyways. It was not a good experience.

Went in today for a philly steak. Thr person behind the counter asked if i wanted any dry seasoning. I declined but told her I wanted banana peppers. Shr said shed have to charge extra. I've never been charged extra for veggies, meat and cheese yes, but, never veggies. When I asked her how much she pointed on the sign where it said extra cheese. I said but I'm not getting extra cheese. She then copped an attitude with me saying she will just redo the whole sandwich (which she had already toasted). She continued to tell me they charge for extra veggies while being g obviously frustrated with me for asking her where the price for it on the sign was (it's not.they charge for extra cheese and extra meat but even online it says nothing about a fee for extra veggies. It actually says online extra veggies were, are and always have been free). Anyway if you want them to charge you for extra stuff that they don't even have a price for and just will pick a substitute something to charge you for thats your place I guess

Second time ordering and getting incorrect things on the sandwiches. If you go here you will have to watch them like a hawk. Even with 3 employees handling 2 customers. Seriously people.

We got two footlong basic sandwiches - no additional charges and one medium soda. Somehow they charged us $35. That's insane. Watch your bill, they're overcharging and I should have said something before I left I just could quite understand how they got that price.

ITS NOT THE STAFF, THEIR GREAT. ITS THE FOOD, THEIR NEW MENU JUST DOSENT GET IT. AFTER EATING AT SUBWAY ALL MY LIFE, I CAN SAY IM DONE. NOT GOING BACK. ITS BECOME A WASTE OF TYME N MONEY. TOO MANY OTHER GREAT OPTIONS.
