Long winding road up a fairly steep mountain. You would not expect such a beautiful venue up there. Top notch!

Attended best wedding among dozens I've been to. Setting is second to none. If you want a wedding venue that will be remembered by your guests forever this is the place.

Wonderful place for a wedding. And Ronda does a fantastic job organizing the whole wedding venue. I highly recommend her and Sunset Ranch.

We at HNL Studios, can say that Sunset Ranch on the North Shore of Hawaii is an amazing venue. We love the convenience that Sunset Ranch offers as well as the large property, allowing couples to have both their ceremony and reception in one place!

As wedding photographers, we loved working with the staff at Sunset Ranch and their attentiveness helped make the day smooth and unforgettable.

This review isn’t based off of the venue itself, it’s more for our experience with the coordinator and touring the venue.

Contacted this venue and have been in communication with Jonah who is an event coordinator and sales manager on 05/08 to visit the venue on 05/17. We flew out from Seattle and this place was at the top of our venue list to visit. Spent over an hour in traffic to drive out to North Shore and I receive a text message from Jonah two hours before our appointment at 1pm to let us know this his kids are sick and is feeling under the weather himself and asking if we could reschedule for next week.

Unfortunately we do not live in Hawaii and would be flying out just a few days later so that wasn’t going to work, I told him that I am currently pregnant and since I am high risk it would be best not tour the venue with him (I was just hospitalized over a sinus infection) he offered for us to come back the next day for a tour but with a tight schedule considering we are only visiting and it’s a little hard to move around at 7 months pregnant, that wouldn’t be possible, there seemed to be no sense in urgency with trying to find someone who can take Jonah’s place at our original appointment time and fulfill our agreed commitment.

The weird part was he told us that he was walking another couple around the venue at our OUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. Basically, we had an appointment to tour the venue with him at 05/17 at 1pm, he told us he’s sick and needs to reschedule two hours before the start time and then turns back around and says he’s touring another couple. Highly disappointed, this experience takes away trust with trying to coordinate and schedule a wedding long distance.

We picked this venue based on the photos online and it did not disappoint! We were able to get everything planned virtually with the help of our amazing wedding coordinator, Alia.

We selected a package and the whole planning process was a breeze. The day of was free of stress and was taken care of 100%. Thank you Alia and team for such an unforgettable experience

Amazing location.so spacious and the view is incredible. Venue inside the barn was just perfect for a party 60 to 80 ppl. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. It is an outdoor event and we are in Hawaii so expect a few flying insects to pester you a little bit. All in all it was great. Happy moments for a lifetime.

Sunset Ranch was my dream venue!
Picking this venue was the BEST decision we made for our wedding.
At the the tour I fell even more in love & my husband was in awe! But what also sold us was the packages they offer. I tell this to everyone that ask about our wedding venue. Having about everything included in a package made planning our wedding stress free! Our coordinator was Alia & she is amazing! All the information & sheets provided helped us smoothly plan our wedding day. She even kept us up to date, a week before our wedding she messaged me about the grass in our reception area not growing well & gave us options to switch thing around, which I was so grateful that she did that prior to the day.
The day of our wedding was so magical! The venue was set up just how I imaged & Alia along with the other staff helped the day run so smoothly.
My guest were even amazed by this venue and the scenery!
This may sounds like a ramble, but I just love this location! I wish I could re-live this day again. & will continue to encourage other couples to add this venue to their list.
