Nice beach with very few people. Good for avoiding the crowds in waikiki. I’ve been here twice and have always had great instructors and very high instructor to student ratio.
The people at the tent said surfboards are $100 to rent despite their website saying $50 to rent for a day
This is indeed the location of the surf lessons. This is a great group of coaches and staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They helped me and my wife have a great time. So much so that my wife is now going to go get a nicer custom board because they were able to teach her the fundamentals well enough that she loved it! Thanks everyone!
