6 Do your research before going into the store. Know your plans before you go so you can compare new things against old.
Also, get paper copy of contracts or email them to you. The website has extremely limited ability to download pdf of agreements. I cannot find old copies from 2021 online, so just ask for any new agreements and they will get it 4 u.
Employees are professional, pleasant, and well trained. However, changes have to be good for your situation.
Plan to spend sometime here if you are upgrading.

Very slow service, don't feel they even want to say hi to you. One of the worst customer service.
I had a simple question about my phone today. MABEL was rude! Lacks good customer service! Usuallemployees are helpful here
The advertised price may seem right for you, but after you're signed up, T-Mobile will eliminate discounts like the $20 per month auto pay discount. They're accessories are way overpriced so don't even think of buying those here. Shop around and explore better options by buying your own phone and going to one of the independent providers will save you a ton of money in the long run.
Chronos was AWESOME! I almost always dread going INTO a T-Mobile store because it tends to be such a drawn-out headache.but Chronos was truly amazing! Soo grateful for such excellent customer service and knowledge; we added a new Samsung Watch5 Pro and a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to our plan.and Chronos was thorough, quick, and painless!
Always the best customer service. Staff is very helpful and do all they can to help without being pushy.
