Love this target.my favorite and only target i shop at.super clean and very organized, staff is very friendly and helpful

Extremely organized and the team members were so friendly. The store is very clean. I was really surprised after some Targets I’ve experienced aren’t the cleanest.

They have a lot of parking and also EV charging for your electric vehicles although more stalls would be great.

It’s a target, lol. Lots of parking. The drive up option is nice. There’s a cafe area at the front.

Target DOES NOT accept some manufacturers coupons. Even though they carry it in their stores

Great shopping experience. Easy to return items if needed. Staff is always friendly and ready to help.

The store is very clean and inviting. We love the selection of kids educational toys. Stopped in for iced coffee and chocolate cakepops. The kids spend majority of the time in the toys and books section. Picked out a coloring book and some building blocks. We love our Saltlake Target

Great Target. Clean, safe and loaded with quality cute items that are well arranged. Makes the experience so much better than any other store that I can think of.

While I live closer to the Windward Mall location, I prefer this store the most since it’s the largest of all, and is in a good area for shopping. It is fully stocked most of the time and has basically everything you need.

This is a great location! Way more stuff than even Ala Moana. Come here for food, furniture, household goods, electronics, toys, clothes, sporting goods, and even automotive. It's nice to get everything in one store and better quality than Walmart. There is plenty of parking with the parking garage. It's nice that there's a Starbucks inside also.

Went to Target Salt Lake Honolulu this evening to buy school supplies for my grandkids. The cashier was so unfriendly. She didn't say HI but I did. As she is scanning, I pulled 2 $1 off coupons that needed to be used in the store per the item from Gel pens. I made it easy so when she scans it, she would see it already pulled and ready to scan. Nope, she ignored it! My daughter inlaw, stopped her and pulled the coupons to her. Cashier said NOTHING! Next, she scans the last item and tells me my total of $70 something. I asked what the price was on the last item and told her it was wrong. She grabbed the item to scan again without acknowledging me. I pulled out my phone and showed her the photo of the price on the shelf. Explained to her why I took the picture. She said NOTHING AGAIN! Did I spoke foriegn? Then on the receipt I see an overcharge of $0.21 on a item that I bought 2 of, just different color. I went straight to customer service to show the receipt. Now the stupid part. I used my target cash of $19 and used my Redcard on the balance of $60 something and was given a gift card of $0.21.does this make sense? Because I used a cash card that is considered like a gift card they can't refund me or credit the overage to my credit card.what happened to the $60 something I paid? I can understand if the overage was more than my cash card amount but it was NOT. The cashier was rude, never said sorry or thank you and then this dumb gift card of $0.21? This just made my night!

They never answer the phone no matter how long you stay on the line or what department you choose…great in store but over the phone? You don’t get even a second of call time. The few times I have been able to reach an associate they always redirect me to a different person and then that person never picks up. (The reason they redirect me is to get me to the right department to help but out of the small list of departments the automated message offers…I can never find the one I really need. End up clicking “all other departments” on the list options and still get redirected to the point where I give up on the call.)

Love this target, workers are very friendly and store is very clean and stocked well! This location has a lot of parking, clean restrooms, and a nice dine in seating area behind Starbucks!

Target has the department store item I was looking for. Not the least expensive. Sales Associates need training on customer service. Several walked by as I was hunting without nary a hello or offer of help.

Best time to come is at opening, 8am!

This morning I was able to do all my grocery shopping here! Their green bell peppers are the cheapest I’ve seen. They had zucchini too! And Tis the season for lychee - they have in stock!

Their Good and Plenty brand is pretty good, I like the prices.

Their chicken selection is good - often being marked down or have a coupon attached.

In the morning, there were employees on the floor so I was able to ask one of them for assistance in finding an item.

I often have no trouble finding parking here either. The upstairs lot is a great alternative to the bottom floor.

Store is clean/organize when I go & workers are always friendly/helpful. Store usually holds all the products I need - only 2 times I couldn’t find the items I wanted/needed (pacifier clip & stylish women’s clothing).
