Unfortunately we had to change, and in the end cancel our stay. The communication and service is OUTSTANDING! A BIG, BIG Thank You to Wilmanette! You make the difference. We will come back in the near future! Thank you again for your support! All the best wishes to you and the Mauian team!

After traveling for 18 hours, we were looking forward to a good night sleep. Unfortunately we were awaken early morning by hammering, sawing and construction workers talking. The hotel had construction going on right next to our room. This construction noise went on for the duration of our two day stay. When we checked in, the hotel never mentioned that our room was next to where construction was taking place. We completed an online hotel customer survey and voiced our displeasure with our stay but never heard back from management. There were some positives about this hotel but we’re not going to mention those since the hotel did not feel obligated to at least respond to our concerns.

We only stayed one day. Beach is beautiful. Room was a bit dark and dated. Noticed ants on the kitchen counter. No phone no, TV in the room.

Beautiful surroundings, really pretty beach, car needed for area stores and groceries but really nice place.

Beautiful rooms. The grounds are amazing. You constantly see staff working to keep this place in tip top shape. All super friendly and helpful. Only downside is there isn’t much parking.

These stars are based on value, this is not a five star hotel, but it is 5 star bang for Maui buck. Best affordable hotel on the island. Beach is stunning. Walk to all your new favorite spots. This just feels like Maui should feel; Kind employees, a few spare cats and chill island vibes.

We stayed here one night before we headed to Lanai. We enjoyed our stay!

We arrived after the office had closed due to 1.5 traffic on the highway. When we arrived, we really struggled to get the on-call person to answer our call. We had to call 4-5 times before someone answered. When they did, the security guard met us and gave us his key. He was SO kind, showed us our room and helped us get into the parking space. *Note - the spaces are TIGHT. We were in a compact rental and ended up parking far away because the spots were close together. Free parking, though!

The rooms were spacey, albeit could use a little updating. We were on the ground-level floor and could hear people talking/walking above us. We were up about 3: 30 due to jet lag and I think we may have woken the people up above us when we were quietly chatting (sorry neighbors).

One thing I want to positively call out are the beds. I don't know if I was just tired from traveling or what, but the beds were the most comfortable! We ended up staying at the Four Season's in Lanai (work trip. Mauian is more our style/price) and the Mauian bed was SO much more comfortable.

We checked out the next day before the office opened and it was super easy.

Great boutique hotel. Nice rooms, full kitchen, balconies, great pillows (seems trivial, but important). Really nice landscaping and outdoor cooking areas for groups. Sits right on a beautiful beach and bay. 4-5 restaurants within close walking distance.
