The Polynesian Residences, Waikiki Beach, Honolulu HI

I’m giving this a 3-str only because of the location. It is very centrally located, with clean rooms. The customer service is definitely lacking, and you do pay a hefty fee to park. The hotel staff seemed confused, and it was easier not to keep asking about the “breakfast” and “parking pass”. We didn’t get much out of this stay, with the exception of the location.

Due to Covid-19 no daily housekeeping. So far we like the room. Road nose but night and morning are quiet.

The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean we had a very pleasant stay. Would definitely come back here again.

Really nice hotel, stayed Feb 2018 for 2 weeks. Rooms are a decent size and clean. Hotel is in a really good location. 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach and the entrance to the hotel is right on the main street in Waikiki. Would definatly stay again even if it did take us 27 hours to get there from the UK.

Overall a pleasant stay. Great price, friendly staff. Pity the water in the swimming pool was too cold and quite small.

Very accommodating. Allowed me to check in early and stored my bags. Free yoga classes in the mornings. Free lei making classes. Lot of amenities. Friendly staff.

Very clean and small hotel, we really enjoyed every minute here! We don’t like the big hotels where you have to share the pool with 500+ other guests.

The room looked like recently updated, very clean, big shower, AC, flat tv, fridge, a mini kitchen and a cute little balcony.

The pool area is not to big but this is exactly what we want, most of the time it was our private pool and no one else was there.

The location is perfect, couple of minutes to the beach and right on Honolulu Main Street.
The Hotel provides beach chairs and towels.

The only thing that’s missing is a parking garage, there is a garage around the corner which is 24$ for 24hours.but it’s the same with almost every other hotel.

There is one thing they can make to make your stay a bit better, please install two little chairs on the balcony’s

Whenever we are back in Honolulu - that’s our place to stay!

Not the place to go to if you're trying to relax. First off, it was hard to find where the hotel was and their parking structure is on a different block. Very inconvenient. Room was pretty decent but you're gonna hear cars driving by all day and night. I could also perfectly hear people from next door where they were going for dinner.

Affordable rates. Close to pretty much everywhere in Waikiki. They only have 1 elevator and it's pretty small. If it's busy, there's a long wait. Nice swimming pool. Rooms are ok for the price.

Extremely Exceptional! Very convenient, affordable and clean. The location is great, just a few walks from the beach. Amenities are extremely useful, especially the kitchen counter and the swimming pool. Definitely recommended! The receptionist even allow me to check in 3 hours beforehand.
