The Queens Jewels, Kapaʻa HI

Love the beautiful, locally created jewelry. The owners/artists are so nice and helpful. To the people complaining about their kids ruining things, it's not a store for children.

My kids and I were browsing the store. The owner was very impatient with us as my 10 year old was trying out a bracelet. The owner told her not to play with it as someone will need to eventually buy it. He later claimed she had bent it. I took the kids out and explained they should not give businesses to people who disrespect them.

I mistakenly went in after to provide some constructive criticism to the owner in lieu of a negative review.

I said I wouldn’t leave a review, but after the owner impatient, disrespectful shooing me out of the store and I quote: “Go, go, go” I figured people should know they’d better take their business elsewhere.

My wife and I stopped by the store after getting coffee. She found a ring that she really liked, but Lance didn’t have a size 7. He ordered the ring from his supplier on Oahu and had it shipped to his home (Saturday). He then called us and delivered the ring to our condo, which fortunately was only 5 minutes from his home. Great customer service and my wild loves the ring. Highly recommend.

Are they ever open? ! Some earrings in the window caught our eye, but it was 8am and the store wasn’t open. The hours posted said 9: 30am-6: 30pm, so we decided to leave the beach early to get there at 5: 30pm - but they had already closed. Weird that you’d close an hour early, but we thought we would try again the morning. We waited by the door at 9: 30am…and waited and waited. We waited until 10: 30am and they never opened. Shame because we were prepared to buy several items. We even tried calling three separate times and no one ever answered. Complete waste of time that we could have used doing other activities. Beautiful jewelry but terrible business practices.

Beautiful artfully pieces made right here by artists who own the store. I got myself a memorable piece and bought souvenirs for loved ones. Various prices for all needs

Always friendly, informative and fun to drop by your shop. I miss it and hope you will be coming back someday.
