Cashier out and about playing with phone cant find her anywhere. Lazy, unfriendly. Merch is old and gross. Take your valuablea to goodwill instead to donate.

Best prices in town, plus buying used items such as clothing, costume jewelry, and dishes is sustainable practice. Bring in your donations and browse through the store. Win-Win for the good people at Salvation Army and your budget.

It is clean and the window decorations are nice, like classy. I found stuff for fall decor and got stuff for my home. God bless!

Horrible customer service. Everyone that works there should be fired. They mistreat some of their loyal dedicated customers who donates money to their company.

The Sally Shop use to be one of my favorite places; BUT NOW this younger generation has distorted & warped the whole inspirational idea behind the "Salvation Army Thrift Shop"
They've gotten rid of the older generation workers, instatuted their own racist bigoted prejudices against visitors, locals (low income & white) & our community;
& turned these FREE Donations (given generously to help the less fortunate in our community) into Market RETAIL Pricing! They care nothing for needy in our community, Some items u can buy Brand New CHEAPER @Macy's! U cannot get old SA prices or kindness anymore; these youngsters are blatantly rude snotty bullies hurting & victimizing the poor & disabled of our community

Most employees are courteous, but quiet, like they don't like their job for some reason? How many items on shelves are way overpriced, as well as many broken articles that are being sold that are not worth nearly the price that they put on them even if they were not broken? I had been a regular customer at the Hilo store, I have a good attitude, As well as reputation, and I have been treated like a thief by a certain manager, because merchandize I had been buying was baggaged the wrong way, and it was automatically assumed that that I tried to steal, I would be glad to go on if someone who cares is interested? , I know yes, they are selling old VHS tapes full of mold inside, and have known this.

I always find what I need. The staff is very helpful with a lot of Aloha. The selection changes and the quality is great. They do not put jump on the shelves. Lastly I can get the best values you can find anywhere else.

The girl kalena is low class
And has no bed side manners.
Sassy answering phone. Says she loves her co worker one in specific and don't care how she dresses with tights. Very unprofessional.
She's been there too long in my opinion. Seriously! Cocky and snobby to other customers!
