The UPS Store, Kapolei HI

The lady's here are so great, always super helpful. This is my go to store for all my UPS needs.

Extremely small establishment but those ladies somehow make it work - Grateful for their services.

I go to this store every single time I have to do a Amazon return. Every time my business was taken cared of promptly and the workers were friendly. I do appreciate that the store overall is kept very tidy and clean. My mom also stops by this store when she needs important documents printed and they almost know her by name at this point just by the sheer amount of times she has visited the store and was greeted and taken cared of with the same degree of professionalism and expedient service.

Just had excellent service from Selena. She was able to quickly package and ship four different shipments and even did price comparisons. Great experience and very convenient, especially when shipping Amazon and spectrum packages.

Friendly staff members who are always willing to help. Convenient location as well, in the Safeway shopping center.

Really went to Goodyear for synthetic oil change but this site won't accept any review on it.

Live in Kailua and just a couple minutes away from a UPS Store (which I refuse to go to). If I know I'm heading out to Kapolei, I will hold my items until I get here. This location is AWESOME! The customer service is spot on and everyone there is friendly and courteous. I have never had to wait longer than a couple minutes! Kudos to your management there - they know how to manage!

Came to ship off an item. They watch me struggle to get in. They just had a blank staired, no one came to help, it's probably not required but this is the first place that ive gone to that did not help. Once in the store they informed me i had to separate the box, again instead to offer help with repackaging they just stared at me blankley with no suggestion for me to send the item off. So i thought to myself, i guess ill leave. Again they didnt offer to help with opening the door when i decided to leave. They have supplies they have the knowledge but again they just stood behing there desk with a blank look. Mahalo for your non assistance.

My first time needing to come here and Just came from here (2/13/2020 @8am) customer service was great i was greeted, advised of the services i needed to have done was available and the prices for it, the services i needed was met. I had to come right back because i forgot 1 document and there was a small tiny line so i had to wait a bit and was standing in the sun part of the store so i got hot waiting there was no AC i didnt mind it but felt bad for those who will be waiting to be helped. She got a little busy the phone rang she was assisting everyone cool calm and collectively. Im a manager at a hotel and working by yourself in the morning with no assistance can get overwhelming but she kept her cool good job to her! The only downfall was the AC everything else was great!
