THIS STORE LOST OUR WEDDING BOUQUET!
Beware they are unorganized. Dropped off our wedding bouquet payed extra for 2 day shipping. Never arrived to its location. Called they have zero answers for tracking, claims, and investigation on package. Our wedding flowers will forever be lost. They gave up and already refunding us. That's how fast they want to get rid of us. DONT TRUST THIS STORE!
Walked in 10 minutes before closing and both staff members were busy helping other guests. The pickup truck was clearly outside and the delivery man asked if there was anything else going out tonight and said he would be around for a few more minutes if anything. I had said that I had an Amazon return and a letter than needed to go out for tracking. I was not helped until several minutes later at which point the cashier took the entire time to get my information and said “well let me check if he left yet so your letter can go out today, ” and asked her co-worker to check. At this point I had waited at least 5 minutes to be helped and the process of sending my letter had taken another 5. Had they heard me when the pickup man first asked, he could have waited! Had the employee noticed when she first started helping me that indeed I was sending something that needed to go out tonight, it could have! But instead they almost completely ignored me because there were a whole TWO other customers in the store…. Don’t bother going here if you need anything done at the last minute or are expecting any sort of acknowledgement of your presence let alone customer service!
