EDIT: I guess it's my fault for going to a store to find the standard procedures. As shown in the response.all the 1-star rating are true about this store's customer service. Calling customers liars and using negative TONES (as my review stated) to give snide remarks. 1 star rating STANDS
I'm convinced all these 5 stars are fake. Walked in inquiring about a package that was "attempted" a few days ago and was greeted with "What are you stupid" tone They said, follow the paper. Now I've left the paper and lone behold it's been 5 days and still no package. Cancelled it, and now I'll order it through someone who uses USPS or FedEx. UPS literally is trash at communicating.

This store has the rudest counter help on the island. I have to copy images for my work and if this place wasn’t close by I’d never return. Horrible customer service to where I hate going there.
I went in to this UPS Store to inquire about UPS Simple Rate shipping to the mainland. I was told that the store does not offer flat rate shipping to the mainland, despite the fact that the UPS website says the Simple Rate is valid to "all 50 US states. "
The clerk at the store told me they would not honor the flat rates listed on the UPS website. So, I left and went home, and contacted UPS corporate support who re-confirmed that Simple Rate Ground and 2nd Day Air are both, in fact, valid in both Hawai'i and Alaska. So I guess the store just does not honor published UPS rates.
This young female driver dark hair.on 843 Lukepane on OCTOBER 12 2022 @ 5: 14pm was literally driving tight behind like she merely banged me and as I am reverse parallel parking she literally parked. Like that's how tight behind she was. Yes I have photos of her and the license plate.
